On 1/19/23, I sold my 2022 *************** FLT to Chandler *************** where I had purchased it in June of 2022. After signing all of the documents I was advised that I would receive a a check from Ride Now for the cancellation of my extended warranty and prepaid maintenance and that the check would arrive within 3 weeks. As of 4/18/23, I still have not received the check. I have gone in person to Chandler *************** twice, they advised me that they did the paperwork on their end and I would need to contact Ride Now. I called the number I was given ************ and was transferred to the corporate office. I was unable to speak to anyone at the corporate office and left a message which was not returned. At this time I am requesting my refund plus interest in the amount of $4,000.Business Response

In March of ****************************************************************** March of 2023 the bike was totaled. I contacted the dealer to cancel the service contract and be refunded the prorated amount. I emailed all documents requested on March 24, 2023 and asked I receive a confirmation that it was received. I didnt hear anything. I called 6 separate times between April 4, 2023 and April 8, 2023 and each time I have been told someone will call me. I have not heard from anyone. I again sent the documents via email on April 11, 2023 and asked for confirmation that they were received. Again I have not heard from anyone. I want my refund due to me. The loan has since been paid off so the refund needs to be sent to me directly. Also I notified RideNow about my name and address change so I will expect the check to arrive promptly!!!Business Response

Sunday april 2nd, 2023 We were in ** looking at bikes with our son in law an daughter. We went to **************** who is owned by ride now. We wanted to ** sign for a bike. Do the first location said our bike is worth ****. An they stated it on paper which they wouldnt give us to take. So we went to the suprise location to see what they have. So we found a bike. The gaurunteed us verbally an shook hands with prices saying 6 grand for our trade an finance 165 to 167 a month for 3 years since they ran our credit 2 times the previous day, then we leave that night an let our daughter an her fiance **me back in the next day to find out everything they stated an shook on was a lie, changed the totals without telling us re ran our credit for the third time an treated our daughter an son in law like garbage. Both manager an salesman were disrespectful an we over heard everything over the phone on speaker. The salesman said the bike has been sitting on the floor for at least a year. We were cleared for ****** for ** siging but that is shady as h*** The manager or salesmen will not budge on a warranty or the new amount they tryied to change it too an thats wrong!!!!!! The amount promised was 167 a month for 3 years an 6 grand for the bike. I will be **ntacting the ceo of this **mpany as well. This is not how you run a business an this will be posted on social media platforms as well.Business Response

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. They took care if ** as a customer an fixed the multiple mistakes an helped make the sale correct. I have already sent a email letting bbb know that we are good on the complaint an it is no longer needed as the problem was fixed an sale has been complete. Finance manager took good care of us an walked us thru each step an took care of my kids.

I bought a Can Am from a private party and went to the dealership to get some warranty work done and get the warranty transferred. The manager told me it would be $40 and had to be cash and since Ive done so much business with them in the past I didnt think twice. I have sold the unit to another person and told them the warranty is easy to transfer if they go to the dealership. I received a call from the new owner and they said theres no warranty per the manager. I spoke to the manager and he claims the warranty was canceled by the 1st owner. False advertising. They list a trailer for ******* plus taxes and license but when I go to pay for it they tell me it is only a base price but nowhere in the add does it say that and they **** the price up to *******. The add was on Craiglist ******* post ID # **********. I think they should have some kind of **** against them for others to know about their bad practice and false advertising. We were looking to buy a side by side and small ATV with this store. We spent quite a bit of time there, which is not unusual when making a purchase. The took our credit card for a down payment of $200.00, but when they came back they showed a receipt for $2800.00. We told them that was incorrect amount. He went back and voided the $2800.00 and reran it for $200.00. He gave us both receipts. Since we left the store another $2800.00 has been charged to that card and with a few phone calls and messages left noone seems to care to contact me . I started my purchase November 2nd, 2022.As I am in a different state and this dealer is in ******* I reside in *****, I suppose they did not see myself as a priority, it took a week to purchase, documents were mailed to me the 9th of nov, they kept all the original documents without me being able to make copies because they did not have signatures of the bill of sale. which I do not have currently, and I have asked for.their shipping process, took well over their allotted time frame, I was told 1 week, got the bike after 3 weeks and still paid full price of the shipping.when the bike arrived it had safety issues I was concerned with and the dealer and said they would pay me back, they agreed to pay 340 in labor. this was december 13th, 2022, they have not done so as of yet as the stress I have dealt with, and dozens of phone calls and messages, and being ignored by this dealer I would like an outsider to help with the situation please.I need the Bill of sale, they have no clue where the title is located, and I would like more than the 340 due to the amount of stress I have had to deal with this company.Initial Complaint

I brought the bike I purchased from *************** to them for an oil change, rear tire and chain adjustment on 11/11/22. On 11/18/22, 1 week after they did the work on it, I was making a left turn into a parking spot and the chain comes loose and comes off the sprocket. This caused the bike to fall on me while I was turning and when it fell it broke my clutch handle, bent the shift lever, and I had noticed oil coming out of it. I proceeded to have the bike towed back into them to see if they could either help out or cover the damages as I don't believe that would have happened if they didn't work on it that week before. They told me there's nothing they could do and that the oil was coming from the crankcase being cracked which for the repairs they quoted me over $4000 to fix all because of this. I don't believe I should be the one paying to have this fixed. I am very upset as this could have been a much worse situation if the chain came off at a higher speed, I could have died if this were the case.Initial Complaint

I purchased a bike from ride now on - June 21 2022 - I financed through the bank they carring - I was only told I had two bike payments, one was for a 750 **** did you give me coffee on The other was for the bike which was ***** They didnt tell me that my down payment was apart of that money. When I called for the money remaining that I owed it was actually **** - I was promised that the parts would always come in fast. I ordered a new case cover for this bike and it took 3 months to arrive. Every week during that three months they promised next week it would be there. - I have voicemails for when they continue to promise for the part to arrive. - the bike completely wouldnt start so I took it into the service department. - when I first bought the bike I was promised I that everything was covered for the first 2 years. - after taking this bike in they tired charging me **** for finding the issue with the bike? Which is still unknown. I believe I was sold a bad bike and deserve for this situation to be resolved correctly I hope you guys are able to help me.
