I purchased a brand new CF Force 600 Touring quad. It has 17 miles and has been in the shop 3 times because the engine light P013029 comes on. I have asked for a replacement quad since this bike hasn't been fixed. The second time it was in the shop they damaged the paneling by the gas tank. **************** has ordered replacement panels over 2 months ago and still have not received the correct ones. When I questioned on the "lemon" law they stated it does not apply to an ATV. Since I reside in ********* it has been very difficult and time consuming on a bike that is brand new. I have asked multiple times with the management regarding the bike not being fixed. They say there is nothing they can do but put it in the shop again. I believe I have been taken advantage of and request help. This was at the ********** location and my service man is KC.

We appreciate the opportunity to respond to your review. We do understand your frustration and have picked up/ delivered to ********* each service request in an effort to resolve this issue with the least amount of impact to your time. It is our understanding that you do have the shipment of new replacement panels due to the transport damage. We are diligently working to diagnose the issue as the test rides prior to delivery show no reoccurrence of errors.

Came in for a vehicle advertised at 13,999$ (2023 Kawasaki Teryx). After making me wait 3 hours they finally came back with a final price of $21,000!They were charging $1500 for assembly and $2000 for delivery. They were able to negotiate the sales tax percentage which I didnt know was even legal. Then they tried to pressure me into buying the packages and implied the sell might not happen unless I did.I walked away because it was incredulous! Then I get a report in the mail that they ran my credit for $28,200!It was one of the most shocking experiences I have ever had at a dealership.

I went to buy a Can am in Surprise, talk to the salesman made a cash offer, they agreed said initial here for the deal to be finalized which was a cash offer at this point I am thinking paperwork is coming to make purchase. Manager comes and asked for another $1800 and they say we can't make the deal. Just like that...... Mind you I have purchase a Can am and I am a returning customer. No loyalty on their word, very unsatisfied with the service and culture in this facility. I notice now that the reviews are super sad but I guess they don't need us as as customer.

I went in on a Tuesday, 2 hours before closing to look at a bike I wanted. I submitted an application and they ran my credit. It took them 3 hours, I showed up at 5:30ish and I left at 8. I sat around and chatted with a salesman. He was the ONLY good thing about this place. *****************, you were amazing. Im very disappointed that the dealership wanted almost 400$ more than the bike was worth, it was 2 years old, and had **** miles, which isnt bad, but the not willing to budge on the price was a bit annoying. I was told that I would be called back the next day to maybe try to fudge some numbers. I NEVER heard from them. Completley unproffessional. I called them asking for an update and I got nothing. So I tried adding a cosigner, and they told me they would call me by the end of the day to know more about that deal. I NEVER heard back from them. What a joke. So I took my cosigner and I and we went into the store. We are now at a Thursday, as my partner and I are 5 mins from the store they finally call me, telling me he wasnt approved for anything. I talked to the finance person again and told them the bike was worth ****, they wanted **** so I told them ill take **** and if they can get my payments to where im comfortable. I was told they will call me later that day because the finance was going to try "convice" the manager to lower the price. I told them I was going to be staying on the side of town. Guess what! By 4pm still nothing! I was SO frustreated. So I call them, they then inform me they sold the bike. They didnt call me or anything, honestly if they did I would have gone down there and purchased it at their asking price. But nope, someone who has shown interest for 2 days and they couldnt even bother to call! I was so frustrated by this point. I found a brand new one 2023, and with 0 miles for the exact price I was looking for, actually less. I took my business elsewhere, and am MUCH happier. This was the most unprofessional encounter I have ever had.

If I could give it zero stars I would. It felt like a sleazy used-car buying transaction. Stay away from this dealer if you want a good and honest experience. This place defines price gouging. Examples: $1500 for freight/assembly; $600 for dealer titling/processing; offered two-year extended warranty for $1500, I declined this and manager immediately dropped price to $700; I was told I would receive steep discount on gear since I was paying cash for my bike-zero discount given. The MSRP of the bikes at this dealer are very deceiving. The above-listed fees only scratches the surface; they also tried to up-charge about $5-6 K for additional options. When I declined these the manager sulked, and the deal became very tense and unfriendly. I am to blame for not vetting this dealer better; if I had I would have seen the horrible reviews it has received on the internet and saved myself a lot of grief. Don't be me.

I came in for a Trail125 that's msrp's for $3999. With all taxes and fees a reasonable price is $4850. This scum dealer wanted $8200 for it. I will make sure nobody I know buys from them ever.

Unbelievable, comes to mind! *****, slimy, and snake like. RideNow ******* is an absolute sham of a business. Not following through on a signed contract, to fraudulently moving numbers around to benefit themselves, but s******* the customer and the loan company! Tried to get us to sign a new contract. We refused, due to the fact that we caught on to what they were trying to do. Then the bullying started by *** the store manager. He threatened us and yelled at us. All the while he knew he was in the wrong and didn't have a leg to stand on. He then he used my identity fraudulently to run my credit without any permission. This is a crime. It has been reported to Experian and the police. Stay away from any RideNow branches! There are no morals or any sense of right and wrong with this company. It also reflects in their employees.

I went to the Chandler location by the 202 and *********************** was the person that didn't help me. They are deceitful and dishonest in their pricing to get a bigger commission. They play all the games and just want you to over pay. It will take you hours to try and find their bottom line which was still $600 bucks more than the dealership I purchased my bike from. They will come back with a list of c*** you don't need or want to try and make it look like they are knocking off a bunch of money. MSRP of the bike was $3700, they came back with $6000 out the door. Felt scummy and I walked out. Best decision

I spoke to a sales person about a sale that had on a 2022 bike for $1195 I let her know another dealership had the 2023 for $2600 (after tax, reg, etc.) so if I could get it for under $2500 since it's an older model that would be ideal, and she said we could definitely work that out. So I go in and I'm told she is busy so they set me with a guy and I let him know what was previously discussed and he acknowledged what I said then when I asked what would be the total on the 2022 he said almost $4000. I understand theres tax and such but for their added fees to be 3 times more than the bike itself is blatant price gouging. I asked if they could match the offer for the newer bike and he said the lowest they could go is $2800 STILL $200 MORE THAN THE NEWER BIKE! This feels like deceptive advertising and price gouging. It was a terrible experience and I will tell everyone I know looking to get a bike.
