If I could give them a negative **** for this review, I would. I have been living a nightmare because of this company for 2 1-2 years now. I live near a conservancy and have had issues with mice in my attic and garage. I used EcoShield for pest control for spiders, ants, etc., and they seemed to do a pretty good job. I hired them for a mice exclusion in April 2020. Someone named **** came to our house and did a 3 hour inspection of our home, he seemed professional and thorough with his assessment and plan to rid us of our mouse problem for the low low price of 13k. That price would include sealing every nook and cranny so the mice cant get in, fitting our garage doors with bumpers so they cant gain entrance through the garage, sanitizing the attic, and blowing in special insulation that ****** mince and insects. They provided this service and I still had mice because they said the bumpers for my garage doors were discontinued and thats how the were getting in. New garage doors, another 18k. We still had mice. Oh, it was your roof this whole time Roof repair 3k. Are we adding this up? Fast forward10 visits later by incompetent workers, and after countless calls resulting in being gaslighted by the arrogant, condescending manager ******, Im sitting here as I write this review watching a movie with my family listening to mice happily chew inside my walls destroying my house. Since the original 13k service which was supposed to rid my house of this vermin, I have lost countless irreplaceable memories in the form of photos, baby clothes, my wedding dress, and other sentimental items that we thought were safe to store in out attic. I spoke to ****** last week to let her know the we still have mice (it never stopped) and she actually had the audacity to hit me up for $200 for another year of EcoShield protection. Were at the point here I think legal action is required. Please do not let these people in to your home, they shouldnt even be in business.Ecoshield Pest Solutions

This company is a scam. We had absolutely no bugs with our previous pest control company. A eco shield salesman convinced us to switch. Absolutely worst decision ever! 6 months later we had cockroaches! We canceled the service after asking them to try to rectify the issue. Now they are harassing us for a cancellation fee!Ecoshield Pest Solutions

If I could give them less than one star, I would. Terrible company and terrible service. Nothing but LIES. I had to reschedule my appt and they showed up anyway. Because I thought I had rescheduled, I didnt pick the dog toys up off the lawn. I told them in the initial consultation that I didnt want the pellets in the yard, but because I wasnt home and wasnt expecting them, they did the outdoor service anyway and out pellets all over my dogs toys! I had to wash them all and run the sprinkler system to try to get the pellets dissolved before letting my dogs out for afternoon play time. It was incredibly inconsiderate and caused me a lot of extra work. I wanted to cancel and said I would just pay for that day but I didnt want to work with them after that. The manager, ********, came by to see me and said hed give me two free services and if I didnt like them after that, I wouldnt owe them any more money. I said okay, and we discussed all the eco friendly options. They scheduled a follow up for the 26th, which was my birthday and my husbands cancer treatment day, so I told them I wanted to reschedule for the following week. They really wanted to come that day and said theyd come in the morning, and then they never showed up!! When I called to find out why, they said I never rescheduled! I have the email from them confirming the new time! And, none of the requests for eco friendly products that I discussed with ******** were even in their notes! I told them forget it, Im done, and I wanted to hear from ********. he never called. One of their techs came by for another follow up, and I told him just take the mouse traps because Im done. He said that theyre having all kinds of problems with their customer service center and said customers call the techs direct to reschedule. I told him forget it, its been awful. Now they want me to pay for service I didnt get when ******** said I wouldnt be charged at all if I decided to cancel!! Bad, bad company.Ecoshield Pest Solutions

i had a service with ecoshield. they did a good job. i paid for the service. they then tried to schedule another appointment about a month later. i wrote them a email telling them not to service my house again. i am away in *******. they decided to do another service a few days later. i received at least four telephone call about the second charge. i TOLD THEM NOT TO CHARGE ME, AS I EMAILED THEM PRIOR I DID NOT WANT ANY ADDITIONAL SERVICE. i would call them, if i need any additional work done. they said they would reverse the charge i did not owe them anything. i could call them, if i needed further service.i am now getting badgered by their collection people to pay the second service, i specifically told them NOT TO PERFORM.i am writing this review as i asked to speak to a supervisor to straighten out this issue. they told me i could not speak to a supervisor.this company is not reputable and in my opinion this treatment of a customer is ridiculous, unbusiness-like. i would never deal with them again.Ecoshield Pest Solutions

Absolute scam company. Same as other complaints on here. Sales rep sells one application but agreement has a line at the bottom that says it is a 12 month agreement. It DOES NOT however say that you must pay for anything beyond the initial service. When you call to cancel they threaten you with collection if you do not pay for the full 12 month cost which would be 7 total applications. What a joke and a horrible way of doing business. The 12 **. agreement clearly states you can cancel and nothing beyond the initial application must be paid for after the initial service visit. Stay away.Ecoshield Pest Solutions

This company is a complete scam and provide the worst service. The worst part is they are ran through a call center in India. The technicians are lazy Ive had more spiders and bugs more then ever.Ecoshield Pest Solutions

I have had this company service my house for a few years now. At first they were great and thorough. As time went on, the level service continued to drop. Several times I had to call to have someone come back out because something was missed because the tech rushed through. The breaking point was Wednesday 9/21/22. It was pouring rain but they decided to spray anyway. Not only is that a complete waste, the tech was here and gone in less than 9 minutes. When I called to complain and cancel and request a refund, they said no. I asked to speak to a manager. The supervisor just continuously spewed out the same response. "We provided a service so we cannot give you a refund." *********** should have never been performed in the first place. Their offer of sending someone out to respray is also ridiculous because I have no confidence in their ability to do a proper job.Ecoshield Pest Solutions

I don't even want to give them 1 star, the short version, salesperson lied about contract, I only wanted 1 application and I would decide if I wanted to continue, signed for the service to be done, but was actually signing a yearlong contract. Told me a return application in about 30 days for "eggs" would be done as part of the initial application, not true, I was charged another $169.00. **************** useless, they lied too. Asked if the second application was no charge from the first, told no charge, lie. When I called to complain, same person said she never said that. Won't let me out of the contract without paying a $300.00 fee. Please stay away from this company, if not you will regret it.By the way, the treatment was minimally effective, no better than me doing it myself.Ecoshield Pest Solutions

This is one of the worst companies I have worked with. The sales person (****) was all words and selling the pest services and talked so much that he would take care of ******** issues between services and I would only be charged quarterly but it was all a lie.I called them 4-5 times and emailed them at least 6 times from ***** to July asking for help with the ants and spiders I am seeing at the property but no one replied or answered my calls/emails. They even tried to charge me for ***** (start of service) and then in May for a follow up service which was not what **** promised. This is a huge scam, they are trying to charge me another 175$ for initial service because I cancelled my contract with this company.Now after a couple of months they sent my data to a collections company (ARM solutions) which is also a big collection scam company and ARM solutions are not answering my calls and have pathetic ****** reviews. So one scam company using another one to harass the customer and squeeze out money.Ecoshield Pest Solutions

Are Ecoshield Pest Solutions reaping/ scamming their clients?This company in my opinion is a total scam! A rep came to my house and told me about the service. He had mentioned that I can cancel the service without cost. Meanwhile, when he brought a form for me to sign, I noticed that in the contract, it indicated that I was signing up for a two years contract! I had to tell the guy that this was not my plan, and how do you lure a client to sign a two-year contract without informing them? He basically was going to make me sign that contract for two years, if I had not spoken out! I was billed $136.74 on the 8th of August, 2022 and on the 31st someone came for an egg circle spray and also billed me $136.74. I was so furious, that within a month, I will be paying $273.43!I called Ecoshield and complained. I was told, that they are sorry and the fault was theirs, that I will now be paying $68.30! I spoke to another guy later that day after noticing a lot of inconsistencies! I told him that I will like to cancel and he said there won't be any cancellation fee since it was "the company (Ecoshield's) fault" and customer service will reach out to me after 2day. The next call I got from customer service was to pay the $68.30, I told him that I can not deal with this scam anymore and that I want to cancel> She told me that I have to pay a $200 cancellation fee. If only I had read all the reviews about Ecoshield! This is such a scam!My cancellation fee needs to be waved! I cannot deal with this scam any more!
