    TERRIBLE. We got a cockroach infestation from their so-called organic products which invited them in terrible customer service and I cant even begin to describe the issues with scheduling and customer service. Canceling was a mess and forget about the huge bug problem they left us with!

    I would give them zero stars if I could. Charged for a treatment on a day I was outside working all day. Checked my email and had one stating service was done. Now trying to cancel and they want to charge $230 for that. I will pay the difference once they refund my money for services not done.

    ?Buyer beware !! I had a verbal only contract with EcoShield for one year. The sales rep 'suggested' one year for the price quote. Upon starting the second year (April 2022), EcoShield contacts you via phone, email and text to schedule the next application three days prior to coming out to your home. Their text states to YES to confirm or call to reschedule. While I never confirmed the appt via text, emailed the local EcoShield *********** branch that I want services cancelled (and received no reply) and also texted the sales rep (who conveniently quit or doesn't respond), EcoShield came out UNAUTHORIZED to my home and put down their application. I made an honest attempt in various methods to cancel my service, but EcoShield was unresponsive. While I later did get an official cancellation from EcoShield over the phone, it was after this service application and I was then promptly billed. I disputed the **** with my ********* and they waived the fee in my favor. However, shortly afterwards, EcoShield turned me into their collection agency A.R.M. Solutions, ********* **. I wrote A.R.M. Solutions a letter with all my facts, text and email messages that I never authorized EcoShield to continue service on the date they chose and made multiple attempts to cancel. However, A.R.M Solutions sides with EcoShield and considers the matter unresolved and to pay up. This outfit deserves 0 stars.

    I had a gentleman come to my house and talk to me about pest control and the services they provide. I was intrigued by the idea of not having to do this myself. So I signed up. Biggest mistake I have made in a very long time. My first inspection went ok, this young lady who looked like she was in high school came and I thought did an ok job, not the 180 dollars worth but ok. My next inspection was from a guy who also looked like he was in high school. Literally was at my house for 5 minutes and didn't even check out. I called and complained and was constantly told about paying 150 dollars to get out of the contract. They must have said that 10 times. This is a little company to avoid. There salesman are knowledgeable but there technicians Don't know c***

    This is a scam! They told me that I was not committing to anything (which I have on my ring camera). They never sprayed the inside of my house (which is the whole point as who really cares if there are bugs outside?) and then charged me TWO times within a month. Then they charged me an early termination fee of $160. I spent hours on the phone and on emails trying to dispute this to no avail. They agreed to refund just the fee on two separate occasions but they will not actually do it. Do not fall for this scam company. They need to be out of business.

    customer service does not speak English, we hand wrote into my contract that I do not want a contract that's anything other than month to month.they are trying to force me to keep them for 2 years...good times, lawyer up!

    I know I'm opening myself up to criticism for having fallen for this. Not usually so trusting but they do send incredibly nice and trustworthy seeming representatives, who name-drop your actual neighbors and claim to be employed by other neighbors who I don't know, so they could be made up--but it was a good shtick, especially the no-commitment, no payment accepted now, no cancellation fees, and all the promises. But the first thing the technician had me do when he came was sign a contract that said I would agree to pay $200 if we cancel before all 5 treatments! Oh of course they couch it in the usual sleazy jargon--the madeup discount rate which is literally offered to everyone must be "paid back" but if you tell me I can cancel with no fees, and then you say "well you pay $200 back but we don't call it a fee because X, Y, Z" I don't care how you sell it, that's misleading at best.The tech was there for about an hour, did very little, and didn't seem to have the notes from the initial sales pitch. He was desperate to go, and I had to ask him to do each extra thing that was supposed to be included. We got a few; before I could ask him to do the upstairs, he was out. I can definitely see why they try to make you commit to thousands up front, since it's likely everyone will want to cancel after the first visit. I'm wondering about my options since I balked at the contract and was put in touch with a route manager, who assured me he would write a new contract that minute stating that we didn't have to pay the cancellation "non-fee." (He said he would take the cut himself--probably knowing we wouldn't want to make him do that?) But of course, there's no new contract there, and both men pressured me into signing the original one and taking them at their word.The new one better appear soon or I would like to escalate this. Several folks in the neighborhood have been complaining too.

    If I could give no stars, I would. They lied about the services they were providing. They did not come back even though their guarantee stated they would and have given me aconfirmation of cancellation but are trying to **** me for services they did not perform.

    Last night a man from Ecoshield Pest Control came to my home. Our home has a very clear "NO SOLICITORS" sign right at our front door. This man rang the door ****, when we did not answer he opened our screen door and began to bang on it. I was forced to open the door because he would not stop banging and my dog was barking and my husband was trying to sleep after working a 15 hour day. I asked this man if he saw the sign he said yes. I asked him did he read it and he replied "it's in cursive" I asked him if he could read cursive and he replied "yes, but I don't" I informed him I was not interested in whatever he was selling and he proceeded to tell me about my neighbors and began asking me personal questions about my home. I told him I was not interested again and I did not have time to speak to him. He then told me to quiet my dog! I asked him to leave my property and he refused. It got to the point where I had to raise my voice and inform him that I would have to get my husband if he was not understanding me that he needed to leave our property. It was quite frightening that a business would send a man to someone's home and they refused to leave when asked. Clearly they do not train their staff appropriately. I was 2 seconds from calling the law enforcement. Also, our neighborhood is a no soliciting area. Maybe hire people that can read and abide by the rules. I have this all on security camera. I tried to call the business and speak to a manager but they refuse to let you speak to anyone but a call center from out of the state. Again, this was a frightening experience to have someone come to my property and refuse to leave after being asked several times and being told I was not interested in their product.

    Sign a contract, gave me a copy for 1 year. Wanted to discontinue after 1 year. Said that I had more service calls on my contract that were not performed. I said the agreement I signed was for 12 months not service calls. However Ecosheild notified me of a contract that I supposedly signed for service calls, which I never saw, or was never giving a copy. They were going to **** me anyway, even if I stopped the service. So buyer be aware of this practice.
