    Order #***** This order was placed in December 8th. I paid $27.99. The company states it takes them 5-7 business days to ship. It has been 10 business days. I requested the order be canceled because it has not yet shipped and therefore will it not arrive on time. I reached out to the company on December 18th requesting a status update and to cancel the order if it has not yet shipped. They replied on December 19th stating they have already processed the order and therefore will not cancel it and provided a **** tracking number. To date the status of the this order is still pre- shipment and **** is waiting for the item. This is not a processed and shipped item as the company states and Id like to cancel the order. They could not fulfill the order in the time frame that was expected based on the information they provided at the time i placed the order.     oh my goodness, this is terrible!  This is the wrong company. They are the fly orb, not the original flying orb whom my complaint is against. Please revoke my complaint

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.

    I have not heard from anyone at The Original Fly Orb and have sent two emails (December 20, 2022, 4:30 p.m. and today); one through the contact area on the website (************************************************************************) and the second at the email address ********************** I have never received a confirmation about receiving my emails or the invoice confirmation for payment of two orbs; however, the company has had no problem debiting my checking account the amount of $55.98 on December 11, 2022, THEORIGINALFLYORB, THEORIGINALFLYFLAZUS.     I placed an order, online via their website, for one of their flying orb toys on 12/04/22. I paid $27.99 via debit card, which was promptly charged to my bank account. (Their website was promising free 2-day delivery and still has that posted as of today, 12/21.)On 12/09/22 I received an email saying the item was on the way, and a tracking number. The next morning, 12/10/22 the tracking info stated that ***** was notified to expect the package" which means a label was printed but **** was not yet in possession of the package.. No further tracking updates have been posted in the last 12 days. There is no phone number listed on their website. I contacted them through the Email listed for their customer service and also messaged them on ******** messenger and through a messaging tool on their website...all during the past week...NO response. I did note that several ads/posts made by the company on their own ******** page have numbers indicating that people have commented, but none of the actual comments are viewable, as they've all been removed.This was supposed to be a Christmas gift for my grandchild. Order number: #***** Tracking number:420191549300110944101755150420 Note: there are several companies with similar names making virtually the same toy. The one I ordered from is The Original Fly Orb!

    I ordered 2 flying orb ***** on December 2 2022. They were Christmas gifts. The company advertised that they ship in 2 days. I never received the ***** or a confirmation email or order number. The money was taken from my account right away. I have emailed the company 4 times with no response at all. There is no phone number to call or a complete address. The website only says ******* *******. I looked at the reviews on Trust pilot and was shocked at the number of people who have had the extra experience that I have had. The reviews on the company website have to be fake because they are all excellent. I am going to have to get alternate Christmas presents to replace the *****. That company took $55.00 from my account and will not respond to my emails. They claim the will be back in touch in 24 hours. 4 emails later and several days, I have heard nothing. Please help me get my money refunded and get the word out to people to stay away from this company. They should be put out of business. Thank you *****************.

    The transaction was made Dec 13, 2022, to purchase one red orb. I paid $27.99. I received a confirmation of payment then zero updates after payment. The company can only be reached via email. The site states 80% of their orders delivered 2-4 days from purchase. I have emailed twice to attempt some communication with no reply in 24 hours. I understand that this complaint is made without ample time given to the company; however, after further digging there are 100s of reviews stating that the company has yet to deliver their product months from purchase. I am hoping to shed light on this company before more succumb to a potential scam. All I want is a refund of $27.99 but the company will not respond to my inquiries.

    On November 20, 2022, I placed an order for (2) orbs and paid an additional fee for priority mail so that I could receive the order before Thanksgiving day. I received an email on November 21 that the order had shipped. I received the order after Thanksgiving.I received another email on December 2, 2022, that the order was out for delivery, and the package had been delivered.Since I didn't receive the products before Thanksgiving, I contacted the company requesting a return authorization to return the products and get a refund. The company has a 30-day return policy. I have sent multiple emails to the company requesting the return authorization for a refund, and I am still waiting to receive a response from the company.
