Ordered from these guys on the 12th of December. Was promised Christmas delivery - it's Christmas Eve and the label was just created... tons of people online with the same experience. No response from customer service whatsoever.Initial Complaint

Placed order #***** for 2 Original Fly Orb ***** on 12/7/22 total $55.98. The company advertised free two day shipping which led me to believe that my order will arrive in time for the holiday. I received an email that my order was shipping via **** on 12/16/22. When I checked the tracking # I could see the pre-shipping label was created but the shipment was not shipped yet. On 12/18 I contacted the company to ask when the order will actually ship and to let them know that Id like to cancel the order if the order does not ship soon. They responded that they cannot cancel order once its ready to ship and their standard processing time is 5-7 business days plus 4-5 days transit time. I responded letting them know that theyve already exceeded the processing time and inquired about the free two day shipping they advertised on their website. They did not respond. I tried to contact them three additional times via email and they have not responded. Currently it has been 12 full business days since placing my order (not including the day of purchase). I have NOT received my items, I have not received a response from the company regarding my 3 additional attempts to contact them, and the tracking still shows pre-shipment label created 12/16/22 and that **** is awaiting item. Tracking #****************************** via ****. I can find very little information on this company despite their website making specific statements to ensure customers that they are reputable and in business since 2020 (see examples of website verbiage in attached photos). After looking on BBB I can see this company was created 10/3/2022just before the 2022 holiday shopping season which now leads me to believe that they are committing a scam by accepting money and not shipping one of the hype toys of this year in addition to inaccurate information about their company, processing times, shipping methods, etc.Initial Complaint

Ordered 2 flying orbs on 12/10/22and was charged $55.98 immediately. Received a tracking **** number on 12/17 stating awaiting pick up and nothing changes. Have attempted to contact as retailer states they respond immediately but never hear anything. Contacting my credit card company to dispute charge for no receipt of product. See many of same reviews. Feel company takes money and does not produce product. ************ I feel since gotten no response and only see reviews from others stating they were ripped off too. I purchased The Original Flying Orb on December 6th. Order number ***** The tracking information shows no information at all. I have messaged the company 3-4 times with no reply as to where my gift is. I wouldnt mind if someone at least had to decency to reply or call me back. But it looks like it has been lost in transit. I am tired of waiting and would like to be issued a refund as no one has replied back to me. The customer service is terrible. I was charged $27.99 plus tax etc. I have included info for tracking it has not changed or updated since it was shipped.Initial Complaint

I ordered their Flying Orb Ball product on December 11, 2022. Their ad says "fast 2 day shipping." I was billed the $27.99 which came out of my checking account on December 12, 2022. I haven't received the item. After many attempts to contact the company, I finally got an email after a week,, stating a shipping label was created on December 20, 2022. As of today, December 22, 2022, it still hasn't shipped and the tracking information still states that the **** is still awaiting the product from the company. I paid for a christmas gift for my son and don't have it. Their ad said 2 day shipping and it's been almost 2 weeks. At this point, I don't want their product, I just want my money back. However, I had to cancel my debit card because I don't trust the company not to take more money out of my account.Initial Complaint

On December 6, 2022 I placed an online order for "The Original Fly Orb Hover Ball" at a cost of $27.99. I received an order confirmation email on the same date with an order number of *****. According to the language on their website, duplicated in an email response they later sent me, their processing time is 5-7 business days. I received an email on December 11, 2022 with a **** tracking number of ******************************. According to that tracking number **** still has yet to receive the item for shipping. I contacted the company via their customer support portal on their website (they list no phone number or direct email address) on December 18th or 19th. I requested that they simply cancel my order since it had not yet shipped and could never arrive in time for Christmas. Their email response on December 20 was that "We cannot cancel orders once they have been processed". They included the tracking number again and the shipping policy language from their website. Using their own timelines, my order should have shipped by December 15 and I should have received it today, December 22. However, according to **** they still have not received the item for processing. After looking at this company more closely I no longer believe this to be a legitimate company. The claim to be the original toy maker but according to the BBB their LLC only goes back to October 2022. That they have no phone number or mailing address listed on their website, despite a comment in their "About" section that locals should come see them face-to-face at their location also is concerning. My desire is to never receive the item and simply get my money back but I doubt the latter will ever happen. I now think this is simply a pop-up website preying on people making online holiday purchases. If i can prevent others from being mislead by this "company" then I will consider that a win.Initial Complaint

On 12/7/22, I paid $27.99 for a Fly Orb from this business online, with the understanding the product would arrive before Christmas. On 12/11/22, they created a shipping label. The product never shipped and the order has mot been updated. I have reached out to the company three times to inquire about my order. I have not received any responses and have yet to receive the product I paid for. There is no phone number to contact.Business Response

they are the business. I have submitted screenshots of my purchase, the emails confirming the purchase and my attempts at contacting them. I find it very convenient for them to say sorry, not us when Ive submitted proof that shows otherwise. Take responsibility for your customers. I was extremely diligent in making sure I was purchasing from and contacting the proper company. I reached out to this company at least 5 times without any response.
