On December 13, 2022 I ordered a product (the fly orb) from the company. The page stated free shipping within 4 days and that it would arrive before Christmas. I was to be notified when the item was sent out. By December 21st I sent a request that if they had not mailed out the package please refund me. The reason is at this point the item was not going to arrive in time for Christmas. Shortly after I received an email back with a tracking number. When you enter the number it simply states that the number has been received for pre-shipping. It never has been shipped. I have since emailed a few more times requesting a refund. As of today 1/3 - the item still has not been shipped nor received. I have contacted the company again, after reviewing and researching them. Come to find out they have not successfully filled anyone's order to date and according to the ******* Corporation Commission's website, they only Incorporated as an LLC on 10/03/2022. I feel they incorporated it to protect themselves from financial responsibility and never planned on actually fulfilling orders. I am requesting a refund immediately.Initial Complaint

On 1214/22 I ordered the Original Fly Orb. I received confirmation of my order then on 12/22 I received information that included a **** tracking number. Every time I tried to track my package it showed it still in ********, **. Today 1/3/23 I called the **** and they said that the company issued a tracking number but never sent package to be delivered. I have reached out to the company about 5 times with ZERO response. I would love to receive a refund at this point. And after looking up reviews it looks like there are many many people with this same experience.Initial Complaint

On December 13, 2022 I placed an order for 3 flying orb hover ***** @ $27.99 each for a total of $83.97.Order # ***** On December 18, 2022 I received an email with my **** tracking number: 420217409300110944101786854144.As of January 3, 2023, I have received no merchandise. I placed an order on 12/10/22. On 12/20 they informed it was shipped. As of 1/2 **** has not recd the item (tracking #******************************). I have emailed the company and used their contact form on their website numerous times since the week of 12/10 and have yet to receive a response. Website says shipping time should allow at least 7 days; it has been far more. I would like to be refunded as I have asked but this company will not reply to me. Purchased my order on 12.8.22. Says it was dropped off for shipment on 12.16.22, but the tracking number says its still waiting for the package to be dropped off.The company says 12 business days to ship, it is past the 12 business days and I have not received my order. I have emailed the company countless times to find out when I would receive the purchased items and eventually requesting a refund and all my emails have been ignored. Order placed 12/8 money taken from my account 12/9. Email stating a shipment received on 12/15. Tracking shows the package was never received by ***** Contacted company by email 3 times. No response. Today 1/2/23 I can no longer even see tracking on shipment. Still no response from business. After checking reviews everyone else has had similar experiences. Not many are ever receiving their item. On 12/18/22, I purchased 5 fly orb devices from Theoriginalflyorb.com for $143.95. The website which now appears to be a scam had great marketing about how they would have orders ready to ship within ***** hours and would be coming from inside the ** in ******* so they touted an overall quick delivery. There also were many 5 star reviews on their website which now appear to be fake where people said that they received their items within a few days. Well fast forward to 01/02/23, I still have no received no item, and all I've received is an email from the seller on 12/26/22 with **** tracking number ******************************. But when I track that number it doesn't even say that **** has received the item yet. I also reached out to the sellers contact email on 12/23/22 and they have yet to respond. When I investigated further, it appears that there are a bunch of other 1 star reviews on other platforms describing this company as a scam. I would like to get this transaction refunded as this is clearly a scam company that should be shut down.Initial Complaint

I paid this company $55.98 for two fly orbs for Christmas on December 13, 2022. I was told it would arrive in time for Christmas. The company immediately created a shipping label; however, it has not left *******. Ive reached out to the company via the form on their website, their email, and their phone number. I have not received a response. Per their reviews on Shop (site used to pay for the item), most people have had this happen and feel they are being scammed. The business has not attempted to rectify the issue. My order number was *****.
