I purchased 2 fly orbs on December 11, 2022. I never received them. I sent them 2 emails and Ive called the number listed on the BBB website several times. I left a voicemail once. I have never been able to reach anyone and no one has tried to contact me regarding the matter.Initial Complaint

Purchase date 11/25/22. Order number #*****. I purchased 2 fly orbs solely because of the customer service and satisfaction statements. The children I had in mind for these Christmas Gifts are too young to maneuver the toys. I asked SIX (6) times for return information procedures. No reply for any of the 6 requests. Emails unanswered. The 30 day return window has passed with NO acknowledgement from original fly orb. I expected their bragging about the ease of talking with a person to be true. I placed an order on 12/11/22 for two of their flying orbs. I received an email 12/16/22 saying my order was ready to ship and gave me a tracking number for ***** I checked the tracking when I didnt receive my order and it continually said waiting on item to be shipped. I contacted the seller four times with no response. I looked on ******** and seen multiple people have had the same exact situation happen. I understand its a small amount $55.98 but it bigger than that when when they continue to take orders and dont ship the product or respond to their customers. I ordered a "Flying Orb" from this company on December 15, 2022, as a Christmas gift for a child. Their website indicates most orders are shipped the day following receipt of the order. I did receive an auto-reply email indicating my order was received, then nothing more. After a few days without receiving any shipping information, I emailed the company - they provide no phone number. I then received what alleges to be a shipping tracking number, saying information was sent to **** for pickup on 12/16/2022. Still nothing. I have written back a number of times, zero responses. I have every reason to believe this company is running a total SCAM. I gave a review on a website called Trustpilot, where this company currently has 88 recent reviews of this company with the following overall scoring: 5 Star - 0%; 4 Star - 0%; 3 Star - 1%, 2 Star - 2%; 1 Star - 97%. I purchased online their Flying Orb toy on December 7, 2022 to get for my grandchildren for Christmas ...Order #*****. There was an immediate charge to my credit card. On December 11, 2022 I got a "shipped" notice from ***** however, it said that they had not received the item yet, just a notice to prepare for shipping. That status never changed. I've written them 5 separate times via their e-mail address and to their customer support section on the website. I got one "auto-response" with the first e-mail and nothing since. The item has not arrived and the shipping notice never changed to indicate actual shipping. They have an impressive website with no phone # anywhere. I see that you show a phone # here. On 12/5/22, I placed an online order with The Original Fly Orb for 1 Blue Hover Ball for the amount of $27.99. My credit card was billed on 12/5/22. I received an email confirmation for this order with an order number #***** on 12/5/22. To view a tracking code, it was required to download an app called "SHOP". When this was downloaded, it said that on 12/10/22 **** received a pre-shipment information and was awaiting the merchandise. On 12/20/22 there was no change in the mailing status. I emailed the company at *********************************** regarding my concerns of receiving the item in a timely manner. There is no phone number provided for the company. As of 12/27/22, there has been no response, and the pre-shipping information has been removed.Initial Complaint

This company was blasting Advertisements for their product on ******** for the holidays. I ordered 3 of their products and received a confirmation email on December 10th. I have not received my order and they will not respond to any correspondence from the email listed on their website. I also reached out to them on their ******** page and also received no response. Their ******** page seems to have been deleted now. This company is a Scam and took $77.99 from me.
