    Ordered on Dec 7, 2022. They charged me on Dec. 8. On Dec 12th, they emailed me that the product was getting ready to ship. After that, nothing. The **** website kept saying they were waiting for the item. After several emails to them that were never answered, and after filling out the contact form on their website at least twice and was never answered, I finally received the item on the 27th. The website states way too many things that aren't true. The orb I received is a ***** knock-off, which they stated they did not do. They NEVER responded to any of my contact attempts - their website says they respond right away, which did not happen. No other way to contact them. They use a company to go through their reviews and only publish the positive ones. There are many, many negative reviews about them on other review websites. I should have vetted them more than I did. Do not do business with this website. Don't trust them. Don't expect them to communicate with you, even if you do decide to do business with them. And expect to receive a knock-off, and NOT the Original Fly Orb. The only good thing I can say is that the knock-off is rated half-way decent on different websites and it does work.

    Same as the rest of the reviews here, placed two separate orders for Christmas and neither was ever shipped or delivered. Used Contact Us on the site twice already and no response. Complete scam and should be shut down

    I wrote a review and it isn't here and received a reply from the BBB that it was received on December 19 2022 and it hasn't been posted, 100's of people have been scammed by this company, including myself. And 100's of people have been scammed by this company. The **** app. to track your package has 100's of complaints and yet not even they are helping people resolve their issues with this company. **** app. Is also only rated 1.8 out of 5 so don't use the **** app. either they're no help. Seems like theoriginalflyorb.com company is just going to continue their scam.

    They advertise that product is in stock and that they offer 2 day shipping. I never received my product from them but they did charge me. They created a shipping label but the product never shipped. They do not respond to emails.

    Scam. Placed order 3 weeks ago. Charged twice. Received fake **** tracking number. Ive emailed three times, laugh, ******** messages and Instagram message with no response. This company definitely does not exist.
