    I wanted to order one and ordered two by accident. I immediately asked to cancel the order and they did not respond. I have emailed them three times and they are still not responding. I want to return both orders and they are not responding to any of my correspondences.

    I ordered 2 of these as Christmas gifts for our grandchildren on Dec 1, 2023. We went with the "original" thinking we would get a better product-what a JOKE!! When I went to charge them so they would be ready to go on Christmas morning, 1 of them was defective so you couldnt plug in the charger and the other 1 would not turn off as stated on how to do so, I tried emailing the company to get them exchanged but no answer! Tried emailing again a few days later, still no answer. The last email I sent after no response was to let them know I would be filing a complaint with the BBB and still no response.I would like to see this company "flagged" so no one else has to go through this. I am also going to dispute the charge on my credit card so they do not get paid. ****** learned-make sure seller has a phone # to contact them and check the BBB for accreditation.

    I ordered 2 of these. The charge went through on November *******. I'm not exactly sure of the date they were delivered. However, the next day I spent about 3 hours trying to get it to work with no success. I decided to return them and went to their website to follow the directions. Their return policy is only for 30 days. Their policy states "To start a return, you can Contact Us. If your return is accepted you'll need to ship your item back to us in its original packaging. ITEMS SENT BACK TO US WITHOUT FIRST REQUESTING A RETURN WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. YOU CAN ALWAYS CONTACT US FOR ANY RETURN QUESTIONS." So I emailed them, waited several days for a reply. NONE. Again I emailed them, waited and again no reply. I just wanted to know the process, but they aren't getting back to me. There is no phone number to call so I am at the end of what to do but to reach out to you for help. Thank you for your help.

    I ordered from website and took almost a month to receive it. When it arrived it looked generic and didnt work. Read other peoples reviews on internet and most didnt receive order. I tried contacting company on their site and never receive a response.

    I ordered the toy for Christmas, said it would take 10 days. When it was getting close to time, I kept emailing asking if they knew when I would be receiving it. Finally after I threatened to dispute the charges, I got an email saying that it would be shipped. But that just stayed like that for a long time, with no tracking info, finally a couple weeks after Christmas, it had arrived. And I wanted to return it and of course I've sent tons of emails and have gotten no response. So now I've got an extra toy that I don't need. I had bought another one when I couldn't get a hold of anyone, to find out, if I was going to get it. No one will return any emails, so I have no way of returning it, because you only have 30 days and since they won't tell me how to return it, I guess I'm just stuck with it, a wasted $30. Any other time I always check into this kind of stuff, but it was a last minute thing I found out my grandson really wanted. So I rushed into it!!

    I ordered their flying orb for Christmas on the 19th of December. They took money out of my checking on 20th of December. I have yet to receive said product and they refuse to get back to me Ive emailed them twice! They gave a tracking number and when I looked it up it said it is still waiting to be shipped!!! This is a scam, stay away from this company!!!!!! If I could give zero stars I would have?? Seriously p***ed off!

    Similar to other customers ordered this and received a tracking number but nothing has shipped yet even though they claim it will take up to 7 business days. Its been 21 days Ive reached out with Zero response.

    Wish I'd read these first...pretty much identical experience to the other reviews left. They charged my card as soon as I placed the order, but I never received the product. Sent a tracking number about 2 weeks after I ordered product (even though website touts how they are fully stocked and orders usually are processed same day!), but item showed never even received by post office. They will not answer my emails. Yesterday I filed a dispute with my credit card company, and lo and behold, suddenly today my package has been received by the post office! I don't want the thing now...obviously it missed Christmas, and I already ordered one from another company. I am curious about what will actually be in the box, or if I will even receive it, but I absolutely am still going to press for a refund. Stay far away from this site!
