    I ordered some parts on October 26th and only received 2 parts out of the six I ordered. I called Vivid racing to get an update on my order just to be told that my package was shipped to *********** instead of ********. Vivid racing said they opened a claim with **** but now its been 2 weeks and still havent received my parts or even received a refund for my parts. No one know where th parts are and vivid racing isnt trying to refund my money or even issue me new parts until the case is resolved with ****. Unfortunately now this is affecting my money because I have missed work since I dont have a car to drive because Im waiting on the parts.

    Thank you for your patience, and I truly apologize for the inconvenience this situation has caused. We completely understand how frustrating this is, especially given the impact on your schedule.

    We have an active claim open with **** regarding the shipment error, and unfortunately, we are unable to issue a replacement until that claim is resolved. **** claims can take up to 10 business days to process, and after looking into the current status, I can confirm it is still in progress. Once the claim is paid out, we will promptly send a replacement or process a refund, whichever you prefer.

    I understand how critical it is for you to receive your parts, and we are pushing to resolve this as quickly as possible. Please let me know if theres anything else I can assist you with in the meantime.

    I ordered and paid for a set of fog lights for my car on 8-27-24. I enquired about them on 9-11-24 & was told they would soon be shipped. Yesterday after I discovered they had no idea when the lights would be shipped, I requested a refund. I requested a refund today & they refused. They clearly are taking money & giving me nothing.

    I placed an order for my Dart pro heads and gasket on August 20 2024.I received gasket shortly after questioned Fed ex about the heads as I was not told they wouldn't be included in the order. I called Vivid thee guy was rude when looking up my order and asked what Fed ex did to my order. Called back and it hadn't been shipped. Given an estimate of 9/4/2024 in email.Called today 9/9/2024 after not hearing back lady told me they would be shipped today I asked her for an email confirming what she said she said it was sent. Waited an hour called back.Talked to a guy named **** he said he would contact me today for an update. Once I told him the previous woman said it would be shipped today he started acting as if he couldn't hear me until I threatened with a lawyer and to contact Better Business Bureau. He state he had no record of previous conversation with the lady I talked to today and said I will be contacted when they have a shipping #. I have been told I would be updated before with no luck and at this point I don't have confidence they are doing honest business. I will be pursuing contact with a lawyer for further action if I cannot get my heads soon.

    Order place for Titanium Exhaust from Boost Logic Titanium Exhaust Non-Valved ************** MKV Supra *********. Item listed for $500, made the purchase with shipping came out to be $668 dollars. A day later got a call saying they cannot sell it for the listing price (as original price is $3999) and cancelled my order and offer to sell one of their in house made exhaust for discount. I feel like that is not fair at all and they should have honored their listing price

    The order was placed on 7/10/2024. It was for a Woodcraft 35mm riser part. I paid $103.06. the package was lost. The delivery confirmation showed a random door that wasn't mine or that I could find in my neighborhood. ****** the shipper has told me that they cannot recover it. I've asked for a refund repeatedly. Based on their customer service, I do not want a replacement. I just want my money back.

    I purchase exhaust form Vivid Racing which I know regret. They have false advertised and charged me for two day shipping on 7/16 they put my order in and said I would receive my purchase on Friday. I didn't receive the package on Friday or get a tracking # as I was told so I called to see what the issue is. I was told they lost power for two days. Not my issue, though I paid for two day shipping while they were out of power unable to do so...so they gave me a discount. I was told they would call me back to resolve issue and update me about my purchase.. They email me and don't call me back. So I reach out to them again, because I could have purchased it elsewhere and actually had it shipped to my house on the date I paid for it to be shipped to my house on. Guess 1,300.00 order isn't important. So I call and talk with Ray Ramirez who said he would call the manufacturer to see if he could have it expedited and sent to me overnight and have it Saturday. Which he Ray Ramirez confirmed. So my issue is I pay for this 2 day shipping for $85.90 and it's day 7 and the product I purchased and was told it was going to ship in three days, then one day, still has not arrived. They aren't willing to pay me back for my two day shipping, and I didn't receive it in two days or even two businesses days. So I would like you to contact Vivid Racing about a refund on my shipping.

    Hello, we have reviewed the customer complaint. The customer placed an order that did encounter a delay. A discount was provided to the customer on July 22nd for $98.50 for the inconvenience he encountered due to the delay. The order shipped via FedEx 2Day as originally requested and delivered within two days. I have attached a copy of the customer's invoice showing the order was partially refunded and I also attached tracking information showing the order was shipped via FedEx 2Day. Overnight shipping was not promised to the customer as the item was already with FedEx at the time management spoke to him. We will not provide any further discount for the order.

    Ordered an exhaust from their company website on June 3, including 2 day shipping. Spent over 900 dollars. I was given an expected day of two weeks and then was told June 28th. After the 28th, I was was told that *** would be sending me my package shortly. However, *** still says they have not received my package, I emailed and called Vivid Racing several times. They never answered my phone calls and all their emails did not answer my questions. They did answer what happened to the package or how to get a refund. They took my money for the product the second I bought it but did not explain why the product never arrived and did not help. Their service was terrible,

    Date of transaction was May 29th to Vivid Racing. Order# *******. I paid $228.33. They kept saying they were waiting for a shipping number. Which they never sent. I called to cancel my order on June 18th. They still haven't refunded my money. All I want is my money to be returned back to me.

    I ordered a hood from them on April 11 2024 for $1379.16 and was *** it will have to be fabricated I had no problem with that communication has been slim I was initially told it was estimated to ship on 31 of May I verified this multiple time with them and know I am being told estimated to ship by June 28 2024 when I ask all they do is send me the same email stating Hello ******,Thank you for reaching out in regard to your order with us. Your order has been processed and it is estimated to ship by June 28, 2024. We apologize if it will take longer than you expected for your order to ship. Our manufacturer is currently experiencing some production and delivery delays due to lack of manpower. The tracking number will be provided once your order is already shipped. Once we get the tracking information, we will be glad to email you right away. Please give us a call if you need anything between now and when you hear back from us. Thank you and have a wonderful day! I don't know what to believe anymore I want more information on this order like has it even been made yet if I new this is what was going to happen I would of never ordered

We understand the frustration of waiting longer than anticipated. This is a build per order item and the manufacturer encountered production delays. If you are no longer able to wait for the order, you have the option to cancel this order for a full refund. I reviewed all service tickets in our system, and I don't see any cancel requests from you. Please let us know how you would like to proceed.
