    I made an order for a dirtbike pipe I was told it would take a while due to covid so I Waited a very long time for it to show up when it arrived the pipe was damaged so i did a return on it after months have passed I still have no refund they have constantly gave me the run around and are dead set on keeping my money

    My order date is 4/25/2022 Order #****** I ordered *********** front bumper for ****** Xterra and Fog lights However I am supposed to get them on 8/25/2022 since then I have been told all kind of story one time it is been picked by *** the other time it will ship tomorrow, nothing is true , I paid half the amount and feel very worried, at this point I am ready to ask for my money back unless I hear a solid statement from Vivid Racing Thank you *****

    Ordered this item on their website on 12/31/21. Was told that even though their website showed the item I wanted was IN STOCK, they needed to have the manufacturer send it to me and it was on backorder. Due to the pandemic, I decided to give them some slack and wait for my muffler.3/8 - Decided it was time to email and asked for status, was told "We are still awaiting an update on your order. We'll shoot you an email as soon as your order ships."4/6 - Emailed and asked for status, no reply 5/24 - Emailed and asked for status, was told "We sincerely apologize for the delays and inconvenience. The manufacturer got back to me saying your order is still on back order and is expected to be available 2022-06-01. As soon as there are any other updates or tracking we will send them over."6/2 - Emailed and asked for status, was told "Thank you for reaching back. The manufacturer has yet to provide the tracking number order ******. We have sent them a follow up and as soon as we hear from them or a tracking is provided, we will inform you right away."7/18 - Emailed and asked for status, also noticed the SAME muffler was being sold for $100 more and listed in stock, so I asked about that. Was told "We are still awaiting an update on your order. We'll shoot you an email as soon as your order ships." Note: ZERO mention about the muffler being in stock and selling for $100 more. 8/20 - Emailed and requested they cancel my order 8/21 - My order shipped. Stay away from this business, they're falsely advertising they have items in stock, they charged me in 2021, and didn't send my item until 8/22. All they wanted to do was hold on to my money until I threatened to cancel the order. There are a lot of other businesses that sell motorcycle parts and don't lie about their stock or hold your money hostage for 8 months.

     I asked for months for this product. I find it highly suspect that the literal next day after I requested you cancel my order, it magically becomes available and is sent to me. There is no resolution that will satisfy me after 8 months of waiting, at this point, i just want your potential customers to know what to expect before ordering, to avoid the hassle I experienced.

    Paid a deposit of $2,044.00 for a set of wheels on June 2021. The vendor has not provided the item and will not reimburse me. I have been waiting now well over one year. I would like to receive my money back since the vendor has not been able to provide the wheels.

An invoice was sent to you to pay the balance on 7/15, however it has not been paid so we will not be shipping the items until it is paid. These were special order items that cannot be cancelled, and you had agreed to the terms at the time the order was placed.

    The orginal date of the transaction was July 18th. We ordered a 4 " lift for a **** **** Excursion. Order number ******. They first told us that we would receive it in about a week. On July 27th we called and they said it would take ***** days. Our customer got really upset and we were going to cancel the transaction. Then we told them just go ahead and send it. On July 27th they told us another ***** days. Even though it should have already been in transit. So we called yester August 9th and ask the shipping status because it had been 12 days and now they are telling us it could be the middle to end of august til we receive it. Our customer is very upset and may *** us or take there business elsewhere. We try to talk to this company over the phone and they will not call us and when we call we can't get anyone on the phone. We have to fight just to get emails from them. I have to go to live chat to get anywhere with them. The way they conduct business is horrible. And we don't know what to do.

    Per your request, the order was requested and confirmed as cancelled. Once an order is cancelled, the line moves up for the orders waiting to be fulfilled of the item. The order was replaced once you confirmed you wanted to keep it, so it was however the lead time was extended as you initial request was confirmed.

    We realize we canceled the order, then resubmitted.  The problem is we were told ***** days til we receive it.  We never got and called and are now told it will be end of month.  Don't say ***** days if you dont' know.

    The date was given directly from the manufacturer and was delayed due to the cancellation. Unfortunately as this is a manufacturers production date we cannot expedite this further. We can keep it on order or cancel the order if you would like.

    Original date of purchase: 10/7/2021 The amount paid to Vivid Racing: $463 The commitment that Vivid was suppose to provide was completion of my order. They only have done a partial completion of my purchase. On 07/17/2022 Vivid informed me that the rest of my order was complete and on it's way to me. When I called to inquire on shipping information. I was told that the order hasn't shipped and that they need to send a email to the manufacture. The last email interaction I had with Vivid was on 07/20/2022 asking for shipping information. The rest of the interactions have been thru phone calls. I gave them the option to either substitute my original parts with with a alternative or a refund. Vivid Racing told me that someone with retention will be getting in touch with me to set up a refund, that has yet to happen. I feel like my offers and requests being dismissed. The nature of my dispute is that I have been trying for months to resolve this issue of my order. Either by having the rest of my parts sent to me or by refund.Vivid Racing has been ignoring my request for either case.Order number: ******

    On July 19th I placed an order for a motorcycle part that was listed as in stock with next day shipping.. after several attempts to call, with zero answer, ps.. they hung up the phone on me several times. Ive emailed and sent a chat and still no refund has been given. This company is a scam. They take money and do not provide product. This company , if its even a real company has the absolute worst customer service Ive ever dealt with. In the chat they offered to email me the conversation proving my cancel and they have not sent the email with the chat conversation. Attached is an email with my order # Please help me get my money back and some for the trouble.

    June 25 I ordered the item an it had on their page 3 day shipping it was in stock I have emailed them a couple of times an now I get no response at first it was when the local vendor ships it out we will send you a tracking number but I have yet to receive anything from them

    As long as I can be notified when it has shipped and when its scheduled delivery date is since I have had a customer waiting over a month now an it is the 5th of August and it said should ship by the 4th of August an I havent heard anything else about it Thanks maybe I can get this customer out the door in a timely manner
