    I ordered a rim for a customers car which showed 5 small holes next to the wheel stud holes and the Vivid's website showed the same set up in the picture, but what I received did not match which, I couldn't use it because of the difference. I started the return process on 3-21-23 they said it wouldn't take more than 72 hours 96 hours past that time line. I need my money back for my company they asked me for pics which I provided and have done all they have asked and now they're saying it's up to the manufacturer since supposedly they had it shipped from them, but nevertheless I paid them they gave me the wrong product and they just tell me to keep on waiting, I think they're trying to waste time so that I am past the point of return. Please help this is a scrupulous business. The white wheel is the one they were supposed to match which the picture on the website did but, the picture I gave you with the one in the box obviously doesn't come close to matching. That is a deceptive business practice, which needs you to step in and address.

    i placed an order for a seat from them on march 4th, 2023. after no shipping information was received, i asked them to cancel my order on march 16th, 2023. since then, there has been no refund issued.

    Ordered a product 2 weeks ago and was told I would receive a shipping update within 2 days. Haven't received one to date, and when calling, they confirm the order, but won't give an update as to when it will ship or be delivered. Have tried to resolve the issue by asking for expedited shipping and was told no. Need the parts as my vehicle is out of commission, and need the parts I ordered.

    On November 25th, 2022 I had ordered a VIS Racing carbon hood from Vivid (order no. ****** for the hood and order no.846344 for shipping) for a total cost of $1987.32 USD or $2679.64 CAD. I received the Hood on January 6th, 2023 from the shipping company where i was told to sign the shipment release before seeing the shipment. Upon unboxing of the hood, it was split, cracked, and in horrible condition, completely unable to be repaired or used. I took photos of the item and opened an RMA same day, a few minutes after opening the box. After back and forth, Vivid will not refund, reimburse, or replace the hood or purchase as the shipping release did not have any damages marked on it. I was unable to see the shipment prior to signing the release and there is no way of knowing that the item was damaged without opening the box. I always take a video of the box prior to opening it with higher priced items and this was also sent to Vivid.

    Purchased an item that did not fit my vehicle. Item was NEVER installed. I mistakenly believed the item would bolt on without any modifications to my vehicle however after unboxing the part it was obvious that it would not fit because an additional part would be required (which I did not know at the time of purchase). Emailed the returns department for an authorization code on March 1, 2023 and received a reply the next day that the original manufacturer would determine if a refund would be authorized. As of this writing (approximately 20 days later), no response at all from Vivid Racing.

    Placed an order with them Feb 24, 2022 (Order #******) for a total of $429.76 USD. They contacted me that the order was backordered, I said I'd wait for it. 6 months go by still back ordered, contacted them for an update *** 2023 no reply. Called them Feb 6 ************************************** it will take up to 7 business days. Get a confirmation email Feb 9 2023 saying the refund will be issued in 5-7 business days and that they would send me an email confirmation. Emailed them back Feb 21, 2023 no response no refund same on March 6, 2023. Decided to call them the same day the rep says that they have to put it through accounting and that I would receive the refund shortly. As of March 20, 2023 still have not got the refund.

    I ordered a product online from this company and they informed me it was out of stock and on back order. They asked me if I wanted to wait for the product to be back in stock or to request a refund. I told them I will wait for the product to be back in stock. While waiting I found a different product from a different company that will suffice for what I originally wanted. I emailed vivid racing and asked them to cancel my order and start the process for a refund. They emailed me back saying my order has been canceled and the refund is processing on 2/28/2023. They told me to wait 5-7 business days for the refund to process and it has now been 12 business days since they sent me that email. I asked for an update on the refund on 3/12/2023 and this was thier reply "Hello,We apologize for the inconvenience that this has caused you. We are currently working on the refund and kindly expect this to be posted back to original mode of payment.If you have other concerns, do not hesitate to call us at Tel: ************ from 9 AM to 6 PM, Monday to Friday or you can also email us ************************************************** you for your patience and consideration." I emailed them again on 3/15/2023, asking for another update and I have not heard from them yet.
