  Zero stars!!! Falsely advertised a greedy oil block on their website. Still dint change the photo. **************** bounced me back and forward between manufacturer for a week and then took no responsibility. Made me follow their stupid rma process. Fast forward two weeks later still no return label.

  I ordered a $400 turbo kit from vivid racing, on October 29th 2023, received no updates whatsoever until I contacted them than a week or so of no answer I contacted again and finally got an answer as to where my product is, said it was a manufacturing problem and there was a delay which I get, I gave them a month no updates nothing contacted them again and no answer, contacted again and asked what the hold up is ** the product is back on the site and has been for a while, the told me the same thing. Now today I have received a email saying I have been issued a refund and it is pending, not once did I ask for a refund I patiently waited for my product and got a little impatient right fully so and called them out where was needed. In the email they said the product was no longer available, I go onto their site and there it is, the product available to add to cart and all.

  Ordered a set of $4500 wheels from website no custom specifications just a simple add to cart order, was promised 6-9 months but since they only do drop shipping they locked me into a non cancel agreement. Now going on almost 12 months the wheels show up explained I no longer had the car and if there was a ************* me in store credit to purchase another item.. they declined and said I was locked into the original price no more no less So I paid the remaining balance and was told theyd be shipped out same day. 4 days later not shipped.. they call me to tell me I owe them more money with no reason as to why now my bill has changed come to find out the taxs have changed in the last 12 months and that they cant eat the $42 and/or why the taxs werent paid with the $2200 deposit I put down. They declined to do so after getting back to me almost a week later. So finally paid the remaining balance to be over the deal and get the wheels.. and was told theyd be shipped same day if not first thing following morning. Never shipped.. two days later I call and was promised theyll be shipped.. and told them if not I will be asking for a refund. 4 days later finally get ahold of someone and have a manager call me 30 mins from then no call 4 hours later so I call back and they realize the situation is horrible and that theyd (customer service)verify the wheels havent been shipped and issue me a refund and call me back and finalize it. No call so the next day I call and am told they wont issue me a refund now and the customer service manager admits they really dropped the ball and cant refund me because its a custom spec wheel (which fits rs3s, m3, m4, z4 and mk5 supra so a very popular wheel size and fitment) and itll be hard to sell. At this time the wheels havent been shipped and asked to be refunded and was told they are shipping them to me now no matter if I asked them to not ship them and that the situation needs to be fixed.

  Vivid Racing's website is extremely poor relative to accuracy of their ordering process, general technology of the program and responsiveness. For example as you enter an order, the program repeatedly gets the order wrong, and attempts to bill you higher than what you are trying to order. Basic instructions are reversed, or counterintuitive and unusable. Then it's impossible to correct and very frustrating, so you have to reverse everything. Upon tying again it repeatedly upcharges or tries to enter the order incorrectly. The whole Vivid Racing program appears to very shady or be a complete sham. Based on the sheer amount of negative reviews why have not been shut down by the better business bureau, faced repayment or civil charges to angry customers. Worst internet program I have ever tried to use.

  Ordered a muffler on the phone with Vivid, confirmed the part number so it would fit.3 weeks later I received a giant box that looked like it was shipped at least 5 times! Yellowing cardboard with a ton of tape.I was out of town & was unable to open up until 2 weeks after it was delivered to my house.Once I got the chance to look I realized they sent me a dual muffler system that fits the turbo version of my car, not my car!Once I contacted them back (when they finally picked up after trying multiple times for 48hrs) they told me that a manager had to approve the return before anything else.After 5days of pushing them through emails I finally got a return label.Then things started to get shady , a few emails stating that they could refund me though PayPal or send me a cheque.I went back & forth multiple times with their refund ***************** seemed to ignore my continual push for a refund back to my credit card.Then they gave me more bs & told me they had creditcard system had issues.I ended up contacting my credit card company to reverse the charges as this business is fraudulent!Then Vivid emailed me that the part wanted to order would be on back ********** would take 9weeks to send. They didnt know I reversed the changes. I stopped communication with Vivid as it would lead to nothing as they only want to take your $$$ & dont care how.I could have kept the product they sent and sell it as it was at least 2x more expense than what I ordered. But I thought they would give me good customer service by doing the right thing, wow was I wrong!Dont order at this shady fraudulent company they just want your $$$ and with as little effort as possible!

  Ordered from this shop since big performance factories couldn't ship til the following week or later. Got my parts the same week as ordered, quality is equivalent to the other stores at a better value after tax, installation was easy due to proper labeling of the parts. Would recommend and their customer service is quick and very kind. Will shop here again.

  To all people ordering anything from this place vivid racing stay away the worst place to buy any automotive parts or wheels I went on website ordered 4 rims beginning of September it is now November when I purchased them it said in stock 3 weeks later I get email saying they didn't have any due to out of stock then get email saying they will ship 10/31/23 I call today still out of stock have no delivery date could be 3 to 6 months bunch of scams to take a person's money then they tell me since I canceled my order I have to wait 7 to 10 business days to get my money back insane the worst scam artist business to buy from never the fk again wasted time and didn't get the wheels to everyone out there go else were the worst experience ever my review is negative 10 with this dam place horrible

  Much like other reviewers here, I ordered something that never showed up and they refused to refund saying that my order was delivered. That tells me "shame on me" for not researching further to find this entity is a scam that misleads and takes people's money.
