    I placed an order for rims online and I never received a tracking number so I called. A really long hold later- after going through hoops trying to get a live person - I was told that my order was cancelled without specification. I was told theyll reorder for me and someone will contact me shortly with tracking details. One month later I still dont have my rims, nor was I given a refund. I call again today to follow up and they claim Ill only have store credit - this is theft!

    Ordered a part on 4/22 never received shipping confirmation. Was told it would be shipped on 5/5 it is now the 10th and they are not answering the phone. They see my phone number and deliberately do not answer. Terrible business.

    I'm in the begging of their terrible process to return a defective 400+ dollar differential cover for my ***** Colorado. As soon as I noticed it had a hole IN THE HOUSING of the cover I contacted them (same day I received the part) Their return process is horrendous. I am now being routed to the manufacturer despite the defective item being sent by their Company through their website. They try their hardest to take no responsibility for the quality of the products the ************* and they try to rip you off as read in other reviews. From now on I will be vetting every company I order from that I have not done so before.Dispute will be filed very soon if they do not provide a refund for **** poor quality and service.

    Absolutely the worst company I have ever dealt with. Sent me a dash cover that looked like a child had made it. I tried Mt best to give it the benefit of doubt ,but it just looked like a hacked up piece of carpet. It seems they buy stuff from third rate companies to resell. I went through all return protocols and it's now been over 6 weeks still getting the runaround. These people Absolutely could care less about customer service. I even told them I planned on a bad review social media dump and BBB review as well. Just more runaround response. I hope the ***** was worth the loss ,reviews will cost their business. They obviously don't care with the amount of upset customer reviews they have.

    DO NOT BUY from this company !! Sent me a defective headlight . When I wanted to send it back they told me I have to pay return shipping (which was about $150) I told them we arent paying the return shipping for a defective item. They said buyers are required to pay return shipping on all warranty issues. I told them this is NOT a warranty issue. This is a your company sent me a defective item issue. Needless to say they were no help at all . I had to file a dispute with my credit card company. Good thing we have video proof of the mechanic installing the headlight. Which he checked on both sides just to prove it wasnt the car but indeed the lights .

    Ordered a tailight got a confirmation by email then nothing. Didnt get the light. Unable to get anybody by phone. Sent two emails got zero response told them to cancel the order via email after I told them to cancel the order they charged my credit card and I still do not have my light. I filed a dispute with my credit card for a refund

    Firstly, it is disappointing that Vivid Racing deducted 25% of the product's price for my return, especially when the product did not fit properly. This is an unfair practice that puts an unnecessary burden on the customer, particularly when I have already paid for the product and incurred additional costs for shipping it back because they would not send me a shipping label.In addition, the delayed shipping and difficulty in figuring out how to return the product further compounded the negative experience. As a customer, you expect timely and efficient service, and these issues only add to the frustration of an already disappointing situation.Overall, the poor customer service I received from ******************** is unacceptable. As a consumer, you should expect to be treated fairly and respectfully, and these experiences do not meet those standards. It is important for companies to prioritize customer satisfaction and make it a priority to address issues promptly and effectively.In conclusion, based on my experience, I would not recommend Vivid Racing as a reliable or customer-focused company.

    I ordered a $690+ P3 gauge from Vivid at the end of Nov '22, received it mid Dec '22 and when attempting to install on Dec 25th, the part was incorrect. I researched further and realized that their listing was incorrect. I immediately contacted both Vivid as well as P3 to reorder the correct part as well as initiate a return on the incorrect part. Vivid had an ext vacation during the holidays, so they used that as the 1st excuse to prolong this agony. After patiently waiting for almost a week for them to respond, I was finally responded to & was told that I'd be charged a $90 restocking fee because "it was my fault," even though Vivid posted an incorrect listing & provided an incorrect part. After mass communication with over 10 employees within Vivid as well as mass communication with P3, Vivid finally acknowledged their mistake but still wouldn't process my return, using P3 as an excuse. I contacted P3 only to find out that Vivid is lying once again & P3 had already provided the *** to Vivid for return purposes. Another week passes supposedly waiting on P3 for "box dimensions" according to ************************** have to unfold the truth once again with P3. I've provided every pic, link, email, correspondence, requested by Vivid, only to be lied to & pushed off once again. I've been in contact with Vivid Racing for 1 1/2 months now regarding this, still don't have a refund, no longer have the part (shipped back to P3 & confirmed receipt of said item) and still continue to get lied to by Vivid. Today, Jan 13th 2023, I've called Vivid 17x only to be hung up on, more excuses, no ones available, etc. I've left 6 v/m's & no response. 5 emails, which ***** responded to only 2 of them & was given more excuses by her. Chatted 3x, never got my answers when asking for the head person in charge & chat was ended. 3 calls, 1 v/m & 1 email to P3, still no response or resolution, yet I'm still out $690+, no longer have the part & have no eta on refund, only excuses of why it's not being done

    Order a timing belt; Vivids system said it fits your car so I purchase it didnt fit just from looking at the size of the belt you can clearly see it wouldnt fit so there brand new over $300 product they wont take back or even give me store credit this is a HUGE One sided business that will not honor there products or there dot com system failures. They cant get it right due to poor morals and they system cant get it right; False Advertisement red flags ????????

    My complaint is that I placed an order on January 7, 2022 that I was charged for $365.80 that day (order #******), and was given four ETAs though the year after emailing them checking on the status of the order, and never received the product. I asked for a refund on October 21, 2022, and have not received my refund of $365.80 after saying they would send it, or any notice of it as of today, November 27, 2022. I also checked on the status of the refund on the refund on November 10,2022, and they replied saying they would expedite it. I would like to get my refund. After reading other complaints, it seems like Vivid Racing is trying to steal people's money.
