      Very pleased with the service! It was a very minor repair on refrigerator door panel off balance. Service tech knew how to trouble shoot the *********** I shared what was going on with door. Thanks again!

      Tiger Mechanical is easy to work with & schedule an appointment. ***** was the technician that serviced our freezer. He is highly knowledgeable, courteous & didnt hesitate to explain & show us the issue causing the problem. He ordered the needed part & came back promptly to install it as soon as it came in. I wish all appliance repair companies were as customer service oriented, knowledgeable & honest as Tiger Mechanical. They are our go-to repair/service company in the future! Highly recommend without any hesitation.

      We called Tiger Mechanical to have a 15-year-old GE Dishwasher repaired, because they were a recommended business, working on GE and others.Travail was our service representative who came to the house to look at the machine. He was pleasant, knowledgeable, friendly, and professional.As it turned out, because of the parts required, the repair needed was very nearly the price of a new dishwasher, so we decided to replace it. Travail was very honest with us after looking at what the repair would entail, and clearly explained our options, deciding to purchase a new dishwasher was quite easy.We have several GE appliances, and would not hesitate to call Tiger Mechanical if any of them were to need service. We were very pleased with this company.
