      Great customer service! Very knowledgeable and ************************ and receptionists. They are always genuinely friendly and helpful. ***** is the technician helping us with our refrigerator and we couldnt be happier with his service. He is knowledgeable, efficient and very nice. Thank you *****!

      I cant get an authorized repair done on my refrigerator because the customer service rep will not assist me. *** asked to speak to a known contact that I have dealt with previously. She refuses to put me through to that individual. I have been dealing with this for a month. I have made several phone calls to resolve the matter. So now Im turning to the Better Business Bureau and ****** reviews to see if I can get someone outside of this customer service rep to speak to me. I have attempted to contact the company only to get this individual. She wont provide me with an email or a voicemail for anyone else.

      We are sorry to hear you had a bad experience. We pulled the call and went over that call with that CSR and our other CSRs, using it as a tool on what not to do. I hope you will give us another chance in the future if you ever have a need.

      We had ***** ************** our 16 year old Thermador refrigerator/freezer. He was professional and definitely had the needed experience for this complex job. He was here for 5 hours and rebuilt our Thermador and even helped me put back all the shelves and trays. He explained all the work that was done and what to expect in the next ***** hours. This was a nice experience and we feel confident that this job was done right. I would recommend ***** and Tiger Mechanical to all my friends in ******.

      ***** is absolutely wonderful. My older Subzero freezer had stopped working and my Bosch dishwasher did not heat fully and stop after finishing. He found the issues and repaired freezer and dishwasher in no time, once he was here and the parts were here. It took some time to get an appointment. But it was well worth waiting for it. Truly 5-star service and I will continue to recommend Tiger Mechanicals.

      My new Miele oven had a manufacturing defect. Tiger mechanical was ******* choice for addressing the problem. The technician, ***** came to our house and quickly repaired the oven. He was professional, explanatory, efficient, thorough, and fixed the oven's defect. I recommend Tiger Mechanical highly and entirely without reservation.

      My GE beverage fridge quit cooling while the unit was under warranty. I called GE and an appointment was set up with Tiger Mechanical, a third-party repair company. A technician came out, looked at the system and ordered parts. When the parts came in, the tech came back and installed parts. After one hour, the unit quit working. Tiger would not come back to fix issue because the one year had expired between when the first and second appointment and they needed to be compensated for the repair. I informed them they already were compensated with the repair and it was not completed. They refused to send a technician back out to figure out why the system quit working again.Because I purchased the unit from ******* it is covered under a two-year warranty through the ************************* ****** contacted GE and a GE technician came out and found one wire to the cooling fan not attached and another wire installed at an angle so it wasnt making good contact. He was here about 30 minutes and had the unit running and cooling as intended.Shame on you Tiger Mechanical for not standing behind your work. From a customer perspective, it appeared this was deliberate so you could double charge GE for the warranty work.

      We did not refuse to send a technician but advised that you need to call GE in order to get a dispatch as we do not get paid and would not get reimbursed for any parts without a dispatch. We have no way of knowing that it was going to be something simple and the policy with all manufacturers is that if it is outside the 1 yr warranty we do need a dispatch as GE claims does not know that it has the 2nd year for ****** warranty when it is submitted and it ********** it. If we had gotten the new dispatch and there was no parts then we would have closed it with a zero cost in labor due to it falling in the callback period once proved that there was a second year.
