      I have had my ****************** and dryers for 4 years and purchased them from a local company that has been sold since. The new owners are no longer helpful with Warranty repairs. Speed Queen put me in touch with Tiger Mechanical and they have been on top of everything from first contact, scheduling, and follow up. There technician ***** was freindly, knowledgeable, and well trained. I was pleased to have him in my house and was comfortable having ***** in my home with my wife and son while I was at work. ***** and Tiger Mechanical did what they said and completed it in a timely manner.       We used Tiger Mechanical to repair an AGA range, our family loved British range, when no other appliance service company in ******* could do so. Tiger persevered in spite of running into issues obtaining parts from the US distributor of AGA parts, including making some of the parts themselves. Tiger was our last resort after contacting over a dozen other appliance service companies and being turned down by all of them. Tiger was professional and knowledgeable and I would recommend Tiger without reservation.

Luckily you are in the area you are in and have one of our best techs who is very good at fixing the impossible it seems at time.       Ice maker didnt work before they came and still doesnt. Cleaned the back out said it was fine. Plugged it back in and the freezer then went out as well. Told me since it wasnt my original problem it would cost another service fee of $125. So it cost me $245 to have the refrigerator worse than it was. Got it in the garage now for beer, had to buy another refrigerator. Wont be using them again.

      *******************, in response to your review when your technician came out on the first trip ************** tested the ice maker and no faults registered. Upon pulling out the unit to reset the power he found the back cover to the condenser very dirty. He cleaned the cover and also discovered that the condenser coils were very clogged which he cleaned as well. When your wife called back the next day we were informed that this is now a no cool issue in the freezer and all indications point to a possibly a compressor problem which could be caused by the compressor overheating due to lack of airflow from the clogged coils. Our *** did misspeak informing you there would be another service fee which should have been waived due to the fact we were just there they prior. This matter has been addressed with the *** that your wife spoke with and we were informed that you chose to purchase a new refrigerator. We would like the opportunity to diagnose the freezer issue if the problem is still occurring.

      We were having a noise issue with our Sub-Zero refrigerator and technician, *****, came out three different times and finally solved the problem.
