This is untrue as I have received NO confirmation of this happening other than being told verbally over the phone by someone who has no idea what theyre talking about. I need a written email confirmation of my refund with an estimation on when I will receive it. Otherwise it will be blatantly obvious that I got scammed like the countless other people on here. I want my money back. Everytime I file a dispute with Affirm you lie to them as well, and I cant even get my money back from them. I have no product and my money is not here.Business Response

Ive called more times than I can count and Ive been told you people cant help me. Ive asked to speak to someone else multiple times and Ive been told the person on the phone is the only one in the office, and Ive been told that theres no way to get in contact with this alleged refund department. How do you even do refunds if you cant even get in touch with the refund department? Why do you keep arguing with Affirm against me? You have my money and no product, theres no legitimate valid reason that this should be happening, unless of course its thievery and scamming. They are scam artist! Have them Provide you proof Delivery from Pacel Carrier With tracking number and POD. They wont, I tried reaching out with Email, they never respond and I have been trying to get my Refund since 7/724.Business Response

I have proof from the delivery company they went through that they only received 2 tires from extreme wheels and they only delivered 2
also I have a email showing I only placed a order of 4 tires not 8 but they charged me and took my money for 8 tires

June 2nd I purchased a single rim for $360 from their website and they showed they had the rim in stock.After waiting two months. August 7th I called to cancel the order as I couldn't wait anymore. On august 15th they only refunded 252 dollars. After I called and emailed they informed me that it was a custom order and the company kept 103 dollar since I cancelled.Issue:- I was never told when I ordered the rim that it was a custom order - I waited two months and never got my rim and checked on it regularly and was told another week or call back in about few weeks. - even when I cancelled they didn't tell me it's a custom order and I would be charged a 30%. Date of transaction February 6th 2024. Online purchase through their website. Order number ******* Purchase a set of level 8 wheels with black lug kit. Purchase price was $817.60. At first I only received a confirmation of order. A month later I contacted them via emailno response so I called. When I spoke to customer service they tell me its a special order (not mentioned anywhere on website) and that they would contact vendor and get a estimated date. Email proceeds to explain that there is no stock and no estimated date available. I emailed back that we could try something else an go from there. We went back and forth via email on other products, none that I liked, and none that I did like were available. After all that back and forth I decided that I would cancel the order because there was no end in sight of a solution. Then Im told there is a 30% fee for cancellation orders and that they were waiting on approval of the refund. Of course the fee ****** me off and I was not nice about that and they just insisted that it was standard procedure and we are waiting on approval for refund. Here we are 6 months from order. No product, no refund and they will not take my calls or reply to emails asking for a update on the refund.Business Response

ON July 19th I ordered a set of tires fromExtreme wheels in *******. ON July 23rd I received an email stating that the tires I ordered are a special order and a delivery date could not be confirmed.I was asked if I wanted a refund. There is no wording in the advertisement or in the order stating that this order is a special order with an unspecified wait time. I asked for a refund and was then charged 30% cancellation fee. I look at the BBB and find multiple complaints detailing the same and similar handling of orders. Called the business and "******" told me the complaints are only handled by email and the owners cannot speak to me as they are overseas.Business Response

March 8 2024 I bought one wheel from this company because the website said they had it in stock and I called that day to double check and see if that information was correct. The person that I spoke to told me that Extreme Wheels does have it and it will be shipped out 2 weeks went by someone at your company told me that the wheel that I bought from you will be shipped to me in 3 weeks after I paid for it and then I called back after the 3 weeks someone else told me that your company never had it in stock so he put in a refund on the wheel and I never received a return receipt for that. I been waiting for 4 months now and still no response from your company.Business Response
