  Wish I would have come to the BBB to read the reviews before spending money with this company. After they get you hooked you have to set up an "on-boarding call" They make it seem like they are just going to go over the ******** posts they designed for your company. The first time I set the appointment the rep from Web Dynamics called me just a few minutes before the appointment and was saying that he was stuck on another call and wouldn't be able to talk to me. (This was on a Friday) Suggested we meet Monday at noon. No call / no show for Monday.So I set up another call. I'm literally there 15 minutes before the web call is supposed to start and no one shows. No one even called to reschedule.Finally, I get the call after setting a fourth appointment. Looking forward to seeing the content and getting everything set up. They didn't mention anything about the post graphics that were created or anything about setting up my social media accounts so they could have access. Instead, this rep just continues to try and push a $1500 marketing package. I told her no, twice, and that I wasn't interested. She just kept going on and on about this package. After an hour of my time wasted I finally had to just leave the call. She wasn't taking no for an answer.I sent an email asking for my account to be closed and my money refunded.*crickets*Out of the blue today I get a call from what sounded like a teenager. Again, I just asked to cancel the account and refund my money. He says they can't refund it and keeps talking about how he is going to help my business. At this point, I want nothing to do with him or his company. So after asking 3 separate times to cancel my account he finally acknowledges that he will cancel the account but wants to reach out in a few months and see what he can do for us.Oi vey!

  Total scam and rip off. They press you to sign up. Once you do you can't reach them. They charged my card after I told them I am not interested in their service. The content sucked. Constant revision and only posted 2 pieces of content when promised 15. It was content revision and the links on the content they created doesn't work. STAY AWAY.

  Web Dynamics updated our outdated website and assisted our business with digital marketing. Our online presence was fully boosted in such a short time. Everyone was incredibly knowledgeable and communicated well with us. I would recommend them for all needs in digital marketing.

  False advertising and putting through fraudulent charges. Web Dynamics advertises their services at $75 ** inclusive. They also advertised there is no contact. Despite my credit card information being on my ******** account and being billed directly by ******** (one charge over $89, another over $105 and various other amounts charged to my credit card by ********) for the ad spend, Web Dynamics has fraudulently charged my credit card with $200 ** each month. ******** did not approve any but their first ad (which was not even related to what the business does). No other ads were approved by ******** so the ad spend I have paid directly is only for the first ad. There is proof in text message that their services were terminated. Despite having proof there services were terminated and their response, they have continued fraudulently put through charges each month of $75 ** and $200 for ad spend (again, none of their ads were approved by ********. When speaking with them on the phone they claimed there is a contract, contrary to their advertisement that there is no contact and never entering into a contract with them. THEY ARE SCAMMERS AND COMMIT FRAUD. STAY AWAY UNLESS YOU WANT TO WASTE A LOT OF TIME DEALING WITH THEIR FRAUD AND HAVING TO HIRE A LAWYER TO FILE A CLAIM AGAINST THEM AS WEB DYNAMICS HAS FAILED OR REFUSED TO REFUND THE MONEY. THEY FRAUDULENTLY CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD (now over one month)

  I've been working with Web Dynamics for over a year, and I'm really happy with the outcomes they've delivered for **. Every time, they fulfill their promises.They are aware of the best websites and directories to use to put you in front of your target audience. They assisted me in creating my marketing funnel, which has really aided in getting the correct clients to call me.10/10 would recommend Web Dynamics.

  Horrible experience. The owner's name is ***********************. I hired them for social media posts and online lead generation, Not organized, no follow through. It's hard to get a refund and they keep charging your card. Doesn't deliver what they said they will do.

  Horrible as I have been trying to cancel my service and the company keeps charging me so now I am going to have to charge back the charges by disputing with my bank. We gis companies communication is the worse and their work is mediocre at best. If you sign up with them good luck getting them to cancel and stop charging your card.
