  Horrible! They did not create posts on time and would say, we are in the process of working on it. I cancelled via email and then they charged me the following month after discontinuing services. They are not responsive. Please do not use this company. Its definitely a scam. I have never made a complaint on a business but had to do it this time to save other people the frustration and headache!!

  Unprofessional. Thieves. Horrible customer service. Owner ****** gave me his word and didnt follow through. Charged 164$ me twice and failed to deliver on contents and try to upset me things I can do alone. Spoke with 4 different people to include an executive and a manager and still didnt solve issue. Just an absolutely horrible experience. Company should be shutdown. DO NOT deal with this cons.

  This company is the worst! I signed up on January 25th for them to make and post content. The ads they were offering were absolute c*** It's now March 1st and I still have nothing and they will not give me my money back. Furthermore they said they were get me more followers on my Instagram that were local people but I stead I have a bunch of fake account followers. I wish I read these reviews 1st before I agreed to their horrific service. This company should be shut down!

  Without going on and on, alot of the other reviews sum it up. These people are con artists and thieves. I've had nothing but trouble getting to someone via phone email, text. I finally get someone on phone and I say just let me cancel...they go on and on how better it will be and you can still cancel if still not happy. I give it a few days and some work was done, but the end of month is coming, so I start all over trying to reach someone to cancel. I get someone today and I'm informed:, I Will be charged for March because I missed thrre 14 day cancel policy, just remember ech time I gave them another chance, they assured me I could still cancel and be out. I can't believe this total scam.

  BEWARE of this company, i hired them to take care of my social media, two days later i wanted to cancel service because i had a better proposal, they never gave me my money back, and they kept charging my card after talking to several people for days to cancel it. These guys are ***** bewarer of them

  Choosing web dynamics for my social media campaign seemed like a good idea at first. After signing up with an investment of $1500, I soon realized that the company had only been posting on one out of five platforms not what they promised me! Despite numerous attempts to sort things out, it eventually became clear that we should go our separate ways. Inactively billed by them nonetheless, I contacted their support team - who assured me a full refund of my initial payment would be processed; however, after months went by and all sorts of delays occurred this promise was downgraded to just partial original reimbursement... Talk about disappointing customer service! Please read all the bad reviews about this company and invest your money elsewhere.

  I opted in with them 10/2022 to do social media posts and ******* I was unable to get the ****** website approved by ****** for some bs reason and I let Web Dynamics know this since this was a requirement by Web Dynamics. I called them and asked them to stop charging me because they were charging me for services they never provided. Since this is a no contract service, they should not have been charging me for something they never provided in the first place. They charged me after I requested them to stop, I called them and it took them 2-3 days to get back with me. Then they used this non mathematical excuse that I had to request that they stop billing me 15 days prior to the next billing cycle. Tell me why would you charge me for 4 months for services that you never provided in the first place? You told me that you had been communicating with me, well that isn't a service that is your obligation to a client. I asked them to refund all of my money and they refused. My wife was going to have them service her 2 businesses and recommend them to other people who she knows need this type of service. However, you can rest assure that will never happen. They are thieves.. They used this ************************************************************************************ every month for doing nothing.

  I should have done more research on this company before working with them the experience has been extremely poor. They walked away with $,000's of dollars and no product But I'm going to fix this. I have a big network of followers on many platforms', and I will publicly be taking about my experience with this company.
