  I have been paying for a service for 6 months. At first they were great with the content provided and communication. Then it got bad. Their set does not work well. The communication slowed down. Then content failed to post. I have had nothing posted on my social media since the beginning of November. I spoke to someone and they apologized and said that there would be extra content to make up for the lack of posting and they would reconnect my accounts. Nothing has happened ** this far. I have wasted over $200 and have recieved nothing. Now I can not find out how to cancel easily.

  UPDATE. They have contacted me and are trying to resolve the issues for the past few months. If everything goes smoothly then I will change my review.

  Let me start by saying in the beginning of this transaction I made thorn aware that limited $ was available. I paid the $199 for social ads on 5 platforms as I waited for ads to be corrected several times we had passed November and no ads had been agreed come December we will still approving ads and I was charged $199 again the 2-3 ads that I did happen to catch that were running were wrong with the information and ads I didnt approve! Then I spoke with ****** and decided we were going to do a campaign to try and bring clients in at $1500 a month and my $400 would be reversed since we were going this route! So, payed $1500 and no ads I found a ad again out there wrong again! *** reached out and ***** had agreed to get w/ ****** to get the $409 refunded! After seeing a ad again that was wrong I finally reached out and asked for a refund. ******** calls and text to ****** because thats who I signed up with! No return text no calls and No REUNDS! Running ads I didnt approve!Charging my card w/o my approval Seriously unprofessional! I want my refunds for all since nothing was done so, guessing next stop to my attorney. The fact that one can take advantage of one in my situation they were aware of is pathetic!

  Web Dynamics has posted consistently for me on my social media outlets. I am able to change and review posts before being posted. They do a great job of getting pics and information from my website and previous posts. Posts are clean, professional and fitting to the brand. They listened to my needs and executed. Took the stress out of my hands.

  Do not , I STRESS DO NOT USE this company , they do not honor their word . They actually charged my **** without permission and then stated I signed a contract . More so they TOLD me that once I even tried their services, I'm committed as some type of marriage contract till the end of eternity. I had to change my **** actual card and number to solve this issue.

  Overall they are a amazing team to work with for creating content and posting. In the beginning I was hesitant because we have a certain look for our brand and I wasn't sure that they would be able to handle the magnitude. But I was impressed. And I almost forgot to mention the price and is amazing for what you get.

  WebDynamics has leveraged me with their posting and I can add my own posts as well. I am seeing that they are filling my calender for me with posts. They will need direction as to what your expectations are and they will work to improve what they are doing if you are not satisified they switch you to a different graphics creator. The Graphics are Canva quality and it does save me alot of time.The price is worth it! Check to make sure the spelling is correct at times and you can post your comments if corrections need to be addressed inside the WebDynamics Account.

  Have been using them for over a year for ********************** and they really take some time off of me while putting together a month full of posts for ********* The only critique is that sometimes the content is a bit generic and would like them to use more of my own photos instead of stick, but overall I am satisfied with their work and its worth it for the price.

  They do pretty good work. I do feel like you need to know more about what you want to accomplish before working with them.
