      The doctors don't actually provide care, they just do tests and don't answer questions. Now they are not even answering questions in the portal. This place is a scam and needs to be shutdown!

      Warning, do not sign up for their ***** credit card to pay for your deductible up front before surgery. Banner made ** get ***** credit card then ***** Overcharges the amount and banner will not refund them. Your stuck with paying ***** money that wasn't ever billed. Banner will not refund the extra amount to them to clear up their mistakes.

      The women's clinic is horrible. We waited over a month for an appointment. They called a couple days before the appointment and said the appointment was incorrectly scheduled and they don't have an appointment until October. We have been waiting since June! Please please find care anywhere else. They have done this to me and my daughter.

      Banner Imaging is fraudulently charging patients for services. They overcharged me twice for imaging services on 6/30 charged me $53.00 for an X-ray where my EOB said Patient Responsibility was to be $17.17. On 7/17/2023 I went in for an Ultrasound and was charged $150 when EOB said my patient Responsibility was $31.70. How they can over charge so eggregioulsy is beyond me. I have been told when overcharges occur I would be refunded back to the card on file within 30 business days. However, instead they applied my over charge from *** 6/30/2023 ($31.70 to my Ultrasound on 7/17/2023, even though I already paid $150 for that procedure) leaving me with an overpayment on on the *** 6/30/2023 X-Ray of $6.06. They have not paid me back the $6.06 overpayment from the 6/30/2023 visit even though that is noted on the system as an overpayment and then they have not applied my $150 payment to anything, it is just floating in their system unapplied which means they cannot (until it is applied to a date of service) issue a refund to me. I have been told they are behind in applying payments to call back by 8/28/2023 to see if it has been applied. If it has (which I am almost certain it wont be applied) then they can issue the refund which will take up to 30 days. So essentially DO NOT PAY A DIME IN ADVANCE TO BANNER HEALTH FOR ANY SERVICE. Request to be billed, wait for your EOB to come back and ONLY PAY WHAT INSURANCE SAYS YOU ***. BANNER IS RIPPING OFF PATIENTS AND STEALING THEIR MONEY AND HIDING IS BEHIND INEFFICIENT BILLING PRACTICVES AND FAILURE TO RUN INSURANCE AT TIME OF SERVICE.

      Banner in ******, ******* is terriblely run. Not patient centered like a Mayo Clinic but rather dollar run. Waited 4 hours for a twenty minute outpatient surgery. Had to leave the anxiousness got to be too much. Will have the procedure done in another town. No matter how long a procedure might take just as well plan for the whole day. Pathetic.

      Banner billing is acting illegally and if anyone has a class action lawsuit, I will take part gladly. They collect the entire remaining deductible up front and then they do not inform the insurance. This results in being billed again for the entire deductible. They drained our HSA funds for this so we were left to pay everything else out of pocket on credit. After calling the insurance they informed ** it's Banner's responsibility to now refund ** this money after the claims are settled. We called in to ensure this could be done via Check, Banner said it would take at least 40 days. 40 days later they refunded it to the wrong account. Now I'm paying interest on money that was supposed to be from my HSA because they held it and never told the insurance. This is beyond incompetence, it's illegal. Banner claims this is necessary to protect them, but the deductible they collected is less than %3 of the total charge so that is false. Banner billing is having in a manner that is immoral, lazy, and probably illegal. If they call and demand payment up-front, refuse.

      I love the **************** at Banner. However, their ************* needs much work!!! Even when you try to explain to them you have been billed twice they say no that it is for something else!! I have been on phone 5 different times to no avail!! I just paid twice. Cannot make anybody understand. So confusing!*******

      Banner called the patient to address her concerns with her. We are sending her a list of payments posted to her accounts. She has been provided with a direct point of contact - should she have any further questions.

      I was seen by spine orthopedic PA that spend less than 5 minutes with me. I tried to contact billing to change my credit card payment method, I was on hold for 40 minutes each time and when finally they answered the phone and I explain my issue they hangup on me, it happened several times. Poor customer care all around.

      I was ordered to Banner for speech therapy. I havent even gotten in the door and its already been a nightmare. Central scheduling is incompetent and scheduled me with a facility that doesnt do the therapy I would need. This appointment was scheduled out a month in advance, and they called me the business day before to let me know that they cant hold the appointment. The receptionist gave me a number for a different banner facility who told me they wouldnt get me in until the end of June or July with excuses of being short staffed. Banner is unorganized and misaligned - the different facilities are so siloed that I was having to jump hoops just go get an appointment. Every available appointment is so far out in advance - which obviously isnt helpful for a speech/physical therapy. The scheduling department is unorganized and cant tell the correct facility to schedule someone. And NONE of the employees at all have any compassion or general customer service skills. All of them sound like they hate their jobs and the patients they support. The two receptionists I spoke with today in regards to my appt being canceled and having to get pushed far back were understanding and were trying to make things right but their hands were tied. Either way, Banner is a joke where they care more about the money vs their patients care and make it blatantly clear in the approach to patient support and customer service.
