    Good Price, good people. Professional all the way around. **************** top notch. Pleasant. Timely follow up. It's a tough job. Can't say any part of this experience we disappointing. Just like the Marines. Except the Air Force rocks!

    Every person I was working with was amazing! From the people scheduling to the guys that fixed my unit. Even the guy who brought me the u it to ****** till my air conditioner was up and running. 5 star service!!

    I would recommend them to everyone .My air conditioner service tech ********** showed me and explained to me everything that I needed done and even helped me out getting a plumber from the company over when my pipe broke outside His customer service was outstanding as well as the plumber. If I could give them more stars I would !!

    Quit I called for help. I got the information I needed from your AD in our ************** Newsletter. Your Representative ******* got our AC working for now. My reason for calling Semper FI, I figured as an old World 2 Veteran If I couldn't Trust Semper FI who could I Trust.******* very Patiently and carefully explained what was wrong with our AC unit, and suggested We should think about replacing it, and as you know we decided to replace it now.All the personnel we met and talked with, Starting with ******* were very nice, and carefully answered any Questions we might have. The two young **** ****** and ******** went to work when they arrived and never stopped until they were finished. We felt Sorry for them, having to work with all this Heat.The next Day a very nice young **** called to if we were satisfied, We answered in the affirmative. **** and *************************. PS please let meknow oif you received this memo.

    Very professional, on time and knowledgeable. ***** was vey polite and explained what was wrong with my A/C and did a wonderful job with the repairs, I would recommend to anyone.

    *****, our tech, was on time, courteous and went right to work. The cost was very reasonable. We will call Semper Fi again for any AC issues we may have in the future.

    I have been with this ** for over 3 yrs and have always gotten excellent service. I just had my air conditioner main drain spout clotted, called and got an appointment for the next day amazing because everyone was a week out The Tech **** arrived at 630 pm my anxiety was at a 10 because of the time, and I knew he would be tired but I was so wrong. ***************** me as if it was his first job of the day and it was 60 outside as opposed to 115.. What a beautiful and awesome person he was I felt as if it was my son in my home, fixing my air conditioner he had that much calm and that much grace ********* I cant not say enough and Thank God for sending him to my home. Thank you so very much

    They were on time and totally efficient. Within 2 hours the new unit was up and running. The technicians were courteous and friendly. I recommend them highly. If there after service is like this I will be a long time customer.

    We would rec Semper Fi for heating, cooling and water heater problems. **** and ***** were great!!! Our water heater went out on Thurs, they came to look at it on Fri and it was fixed on Mon. It was a messy job, but they were very professional and thorough.
