    Ordered two products April 8 and April 17. Wasn't listed as out of stock or backorder. Was sent an email one week or so after saying ( do to the large amount of orders it will take longer to ship) On or about June 1 I sent an email through their contact page enquiring about my order. More than a week later I have received no response.

    I ordered a product 48 days ago.have yet to receive it. I have no updates on shipping I've emailed the business two times with no response. I think they're scamming and defrauding people of their money

    I purchased an item on march 21 2025. I still have not recieclved it. They will not give me a refund. They say they cannot since its a custom made item. After the first email they said this to me. No where on the **** said this is there policy. Only reason I found it is when they responded to me over email. Why would you look at the refund policy when buying an item. From what I understand that needs to be stated during checkout or before buying a item like this. If all the items are custom made which I think they sell the item first then have it made so they don't need to have inventory in a warehouse. I order a bullet antenna that can be bought at several.places. Just with there name.stamped on it. Those are a normal production item and by then saying its custom means they get then made as they sell them first. I asked for a refund several.times and will not do it. Now its may 18th ********************************************** a update on the current item. I want my money back. Thanks ****

    I originally placed an order for a product online via an advertisement on my social media. I placed an order with Enthuzst because it was advertising a give away and entry in the give away you needed to make a purchase. I placed an order for an item that cost me $62.15 that was placed on March 23, 2025. The email confirmation I received and rules stated no refunds and please give 15 business days from date of purchase for delivery. It has now been well over the fifteen days policy I agreed too and I still have not received my product. But I was charged for the merchandise the day of purchase. I have since reached out to Enthuzst via email and all I get is I apologize but we are working on it. I have asked for a refund if I will not be receiving what I ordered with no response from Enthuzst. Enthuzst is not holding up there end of the purchase agreement by not following the guidelines they advertised and agreed to. It is now May 8th I have yet to receive a delivery email or the product I purchased. I feel like I need to get the word out about this company.

    Transaction Date 3/22/25 Amount $57.38 Ordered my part on above date, 4/12 they emailed saying they had a high influx of orders causing a delay. 4/20 I inquired for an update, got a response on 4/21 stating they cannot order a refund for custom made items. I ordered a standard truck antenna that is not custom. Since that reply I have attempted to make contact with no ************** is 4/30 and still no updating on shipment and still havent received the item I have paid for.

    I requested a refund because an order from this company that still hasnt shipped. When i contacted them for a refund, they told me no refunds. I responded asking when order will be shipped. Still no response.. kind upsetting to be told no refunds when they havent even processed or shipped my order. I feel its a scam since its been over 30 days, they wont refund for items purchased that hasnt even been processed or shipped.     Order placed with Enthuszt on 6/18/2024. Order number ****** in the amount of $100.00.Never recieved my order, emailed customer service on 9/16/24, 9/23/24, 10/14/24, 10/31/24 and 11/25/24. Replies have been warehouse issues, shipping issues. They WILL NOT refund my money and still havent done anything to correct.

    I ordered items from this company on July 14th 2024. Specifically, a T-Shirt, tanktop, shop gloves, night night ***************** childrens book and two stickers coming to a totaly of $130.00. I received the confirmation email and my order is #******. I have attempted to contact the company numerous times. I started reaching out a month after my wife received her order because I understand the delivery window can change. I've reached out 7 times since july 14th and the same response is provided, "The delay has been caused by a high demand of orders/supply chain disruptions. But my wife got her order with the same items? I have asked for a refund, I have asked for the products to just be expedited, I have asked for store credit. I just want my momey back or to be able to utilize that money and not see a disgraceful company like Enthuzst rip more people off. I have been nice, calm and understanding but after 4 months, enough is enough. Please refund me or just deliver my items I purchased. ******* ****** (Principal/Owner) please do right by your customers, they are the reason you have a business to begin with!

    company basically ripped me off for 400 bucks.. i paid 400 for a vip diamond membership which was supposed to include 40% off future purchases, at first everything was fine until i tried to pay the next month, at first i accidentally paid for a whole other membership and it didnt apply to my 1st membership cuz i mustve paid too early, i said ok my bad, no problem cuz it gave me the 40% off so it wasnt as much, (but now i have 2 active vip diamond memberships) so when it actually came time to pay for the next month on the first membership i realized i was no longer getting the 40% off, i reached out multiple times to resolve the issue, i offered to accept a temporary resolution, they seldom reached back other than auto responses, and when they did they said my acct am would be fixed within 72 hours, that didnt happen, now they are just ghosting me.. im afraid to continue to do future business at this point, and all i want is my acct to be fixed so that i receive the 40% off, and so i can continue to make purchases.. or at least refund my membership if my acct cannot be fixed within the 30 day membership period.. the membership is 400 per month.. and i havent been able to use my discount fir over a month now.. so its basically a scam..

    I ordered a few different products on August 17th, 2024. I have yet to receive these products and also filed complaints and asked for refunds. I was met with almost no responses back and when I was finally contacted they informed me they could not issue refunds due to orders being custom made! They continued the email by stating all sales are final and will not accept returns. I have never encountered a more unprofessional company such as this one!
