    Ordered some merchandise for a giveaway and contacted them and was told its coming but its been an over a month and still no shipping label or update on status. And now wont respond.

    I order a simple car antenna for my truck on August 11 2024. Until this day, the order has not been processed, according to their website status and emails.They will not refund my money even though they claim each order is unique and made to order.This product is not only not unique but not even processed.

    July 3 2024 purchase date.September 5 2024 still have not received order and the company refuses to issue refund. The company could not tell how long till I receive my order.

    Ordered product 7/8/24 but never received it. I've contacted the company via their email address and all they say is all sales are final, no refunds shall be issued.

    Ordered items from this company on July 11 2024, they have yet to even ship my items. I emailed them to just cancel my order and refund my money as its been well over their 5-7 shipment window. To which they replied As each of our products is custom made, we regret to inform you that we are unable to cancel any orders or process refunds after an order has been placed. All sales are final, and we cannot accept any returns. Nothing in my order is custom made. Their business is to sale items and also enter you into their sweepstake drawings they do each month to win vehicles. The more you buy the more entries you can submit. So what I see is them actually fraudulently stealing peoples money with no actual intent on sending mine or anyone elses orders. As Im now seeing more complaints such as mine on BBB and trust pilot for this exact problem.

    I ordered a t shirt from this company on June 7th 2024 and I have reached out via email multiple times since asking where my order is. All I hear back from them is that my order is working though their system as fast as humanly possible. And a refund is not allowed as my purchase awarded me entries into a drawing for a truck. I didnt ask them for a refund. I want the shirt I ordered! My order number is ******. Its been two months since I ordered. This website is a scam and they are taking peoples money and never sending them the products they ordered.

    I placed my order via Instagram/Enthuzst.com on June 9th afterwards I received an email stating 10 days order processing 5 days shipping but only (after) making my purchase. June 25, 2024 I opened a USAA credit card dispute I also emailed Enthuzst that same business day. Enthuzst replied trying to change their original 10 day shipping 5 day order processing, stipulating now it was 15 days just for order processing. On July 1, 2024 or 15 days later Enthuzst didn't process my order, didn't ship my order, didn't deliver the merchandise either, instead they just took $397 from me. I asked them respectfully for a full refund. Today August 7, 2024 I just received an Email with the tracking number for ***** **********************) which is 2 months after I asked them for a refund, with Enthuzst telling me they're shipping out my order. I don't want to represent or wear their brand. They caused me stress, I'm a disabled veteran I need less stress, not more. This is a terrible way to do business. I also sent Enthuzst an email today stipulating that I will refuse the **** shipment.Taking 2 months to fulfill an order when Enthuzst.com website stipulates this;"On average, your order will ship 5-7 business days from when the order was placed. Peaks in volume can affect these averages by a few days."Enthuzst failed to deliver their merchandise as promised, I asked for a full refund. Shipping out the items 2 months later, is tone-deaf and an egregious way to conduct business!

    I ordered 3-4 shirts with this company on April 12 2024. I have emailed them at least 10 times and tried to reach out on diffrent social media platforms. They have answered me a couple times but when they did they just tell me that they will get right to my order/ send it to a manager and get it sent out. That never happens. The last times I have emailed about my package I have not gotten a respond from them. I even had my husband try emailing them and they did not answer him as well. I have emailed even just asking for my money back and still no response. I dont know what else to do. Like I said I would be fine just with my $165 back. Please help! Thank you.

    I placed an order with Enthuzst on July 3rd for a giveaway. It was paid for in full on July 3rd and no confirmation or ship date had been given in 26 days. It was just 2 Cummins key chains. I've emailed them at least 3 times and only received emails of the are working on the order. I asked in the last email for a cancellation of the order and refund but was sent a reply of all sales are final and no refunds. They it was because the items were custom made. I've asked for a resolution but only received more emails of sorry for the wait.

    The company does truck giveaways. They sell apparel and merchandise for entries to win the truck. Two months ago I purchased two shirts to enter the drawing. Since then, the truck has vanished from their website and social media. Theyve moved on to at least two different giveaways since. Theres been no update as to a winner of the truck I entered, its just gone. Further, two months later and I have not received the shirts I paid for. Ive emailed the company several times with the same response each time. Large number of orders and supply chain issues. Same response, at least three times Ive reached out. There have been no other updates since the order was originally placed other than the same lame excuse each time Ive reached out wondering whats going on. I want the shirts I ordered, or my money back. Its absurd that two months later I cant even get a better or more believable update as to why I still dont have the order. Im really curious about the truck and the legitimacy of the whole company with their giveaways they use to market their apparel. I have a suspicion its all bogus and there is no truck, which is a whole separate issue. For real though theyve had my money for two months and I have nothing but bologna excuses to show for it, not ok.
