Acumen should be fired and Allied rehired! Acumen does not have the man power to process hundred of timesheets. They are not being held accountable for not honoring pay schedule. Its exhausting trying to reach out to a company that refuses to communicate or just simply does not care if youre paid. Totally ridiculous!!Acumen Fiscal Agent

Thank you for your feedback. I see that our Executive Director has been in contact with you and verified that you have been paid by direct deposit on 1/18/24, 1/31/24, and 2/13/24. Please understand that in order for pay to be received on time, the hours must be entered in DCI (or timesheets received) by the deadlines provided on the payment schedule. I have been trying to sign my special needs daughter up with this agency since December 18th. I went to the class the first of December so we **uld get all the paperwork done by the first of the year and get my child some services. I sent an email on Dec 18th as directed by the teacher of the certification class. We had a choice between acumen and another fiscal agency. I really wish we had gone with the other one. Here it is February 10th and I cannot get anyone from this ** to return my calls or emails. I have it all on my phone, where I've called over 20 times with no reply. I went through my service **ordinator and she was able to get them to send me an enrollment packet on January 8th. The packet is so thick and long that you need legal help to figure it out. OR you need help from an Acumen rep which would be very nice if they returned your calls!!!! The first time a packet was sent to me, it was two packets in one so I **uldn't make sense of it. Another rep sent the packets separately for myself and for the caregivers. That was much better, but still hard to navigate without help from Acumen.This was not meant to be a battle. But it has been, from the start oh and one other BIG thing: the phone numbers that they list on their website and in their emails DO NOT WORK. The person you are trying to reach is always unavailable. Leaving messages doesn't work. You never get a person to speak to, only answering machines. So if you have lots of time on your hands to wait around on them, then they might be a good fit for you. If you have a life (as most people with special needs children do) then don't go with them. You have enough on your plate to deal with and you don't need the added stress and frustration and the run around that this **mpany give you-all free of charge! Go with the other choice. This is about getting help for your loved one, not about learning how to go to war.Acumen Fiscal Agent

Like many of the reviews on this site, I have not been paid since Acumen took over for ADSS for Alabama. Three timesheets were sent in and I received email confirmation that ALL were sent for processing. I have emailed, called and received recorded messages. I was able to get through and talk to someone, it took 15 minutes on hold for this person to tell me that the supervisor was on another call, did I want to hold and wait or could they call me back. I should have waited! Another call and another recorded message WTF! There must be a minimum number of calls before you get paid. Worst decision ever made hiring this company, I guess you get what you pay for!Acumen Fiscal Agent

Hello I'm ******* Box I'm an employer for **************** I'm writing in regards to her pay. She has sent 3 time sheets in like she was supposed to and has not received any pay as of yet. When will she start receiving her pay She has has called several times I have called several times we have been on hold for 2 or 3 hours then we get cut off haven't talk to anyone my wife has lost hours of because is worried about weather or not she's going to be paid I also want to know do you send payments to the rapid card she used allied I would appreciate a response asapAcumen Fiscal Agent

As I'm reading through these reviews I see my employee isn't the only one having issues with not getting paid. She was swapped over from another agency handling payroll to Acumen. We had to split her time sheet between Allied and Acumen. She received her pay from Allied on 1/5 but nothing from Acumen for at all yet. I have called several times trying to reach someone with no answer or callback. Per the delays and pay schedule she has yet to be paid and today is February 1, ****! It just amazing me how I can be on hold for hours and speak to no one. I chose call back option but have yet to receive a call back. I've looked at every review on this page. To date there are 67 and 65 of those reviews give 1 star because that's the lowest you can give. What a poor transition.Acumen Fiscal Agent

This company has yet to pay us for the month of January! I am the caregiver of my 19 year old disabled daughter! They just took of payroll. One check received fo for less than owed in direct deposit. So you have my information if you were able to do that. Two time sheets faxed at the same time and still not paid for the other. I have contacted a lawyer. Because who is gonna pay overdraft fees, late fees. Its only so long you can tell your landlord, utilities and other debt that you havent been paid from your job! The interest and late fees still occurs! This is unacceptable. And so unfair! If you couldnt handle the load then you shouldnt have taken it on! I just came across a news article in my local area that reads Several thousand ******* families without pay after a state program switched fiscal agents dated 1/23/24! You have my info to pay me because youve deposited before! But it wasnt the correct time! Paystub doesnt even include rate of pay or taxes you there dates worked. This is unacceptable! My back is against the wall! Whos gonna be responsible for overdraft fees! Youre causing so many hardships in this situation and its not our doing. Ive been building my credit for over a year and here you guys come here bidding for accounts saying youre one of the top blah blah blah! 1 starHi ... I can't believe this many issues are going on with this company Acumen and the State has not stepped in to resolve this major issue . I'm an employee that transitioned over due to my clients' ******** Waiver Case Manager stating that it would be a better outcome for them but this has been nothing but a nightmare . I transitioned over from Allied to Acumen like all of my other fellow coworkers and has yet to receive my full paychecks . I followed protocol as to submitting timesheets on the dates required. The 1st paycheck was ridiculous I have 3 clients and there's no way I only received ****** for 3 clients and i work Monday- Saturday. It seems that you guys want to pay for what you want when you want . Then I sent in all three timesheets together in the same email and only been paid for 1 client . Come on I really feel like an a** now . This is very depressing when I have to contact my car note lenders each week letting them know it will be next week and when next week gets here I have to repeat myself to them to the point that I'm currently due to have my vehicles repossessed at the end of this week 02/02/24. So I want to thank you for the depression I'm currently experiencing . I want to thank you for my utilities being cut due to this . I want to thank you for having me explain to my child why he's sitting in a house and not a home. And when I say house anyone can run a house anyway but when you have a HOME you expect to be comfortable not worried about anything . It's been a month and I'm still listening to lies about payment . And how many people work for this company if I have been on a call since 8:00 am and are still holding on . Get it together stop sending out emails that are incorrect and focus . Or you guys are going to have a lot of angry people and a big lawsuit on your hands . Ridiculous just ridiculous I guess Friday 02/02/24 will be here and again I will still be hoping ,praying , waiting and wishing for my checks .Review fromGregory B

Acumens customer service consists of people that are not competent to help you. They are unfriendly and rude. It's impossible to then speak to a supervisor because they will not get on the phone or call you back. These workers at Acumen are probably equivalent to call center employees. They seem uneducated and have absolutely no knowledge of customer service. Right away they stood to being rude because they don't know haw to help you.If you have to call Acumen for any reason, then good luck is all I can say.Acumen Fiscal Agent

1 starI just tryna figure how much longer we gotta wait to be paid its been seven weeks and still no paycheck its the same response everytime u cant reach them and its be patient I got eviction notice and disconnect notice how long should I have to wait for whats owed too me like this isnt fair and ******* has no law to protect u from things like this
