wow I honestly have nothing NICE to say about this company ...... ACUMEN should have not took over the contract, if you guys weren't 100% prepared to take on these crucial responsibilities with getting these clients (such as myself ) paid. I've missed 3 Pay checks and this unacceptable. I'm 25 years old taking care of my 6 year old and my 3 year old who is in stage 4 kidney failure and also blind & I have no money now because of you guys.Acumen Fiscal Agent

My son is 100%disabled and requires 100% care from me and his father and in our spare time which we dont have Accumen expects us to beg for our pay so that we can pay our bills and eat! You are right I am another dissatisfied client of yours! We have not been paid after we submitted our time sheets last time and now today we are supposed to submit them again! More wasted time on our part! You know it is funny when we had allied if we ever had a problem we knew who to contact and it was addressed immediately! Maybe you should get with them and get more training yourself instead of trying to train us! ! Not hopeful!Acumen Fiscal Agent

Apparently acumen has yet again lied. This is 1/29/24 and I was supposed to be paid 1/26/24. As of yet I am still not paid. I'm sure that they were well aware of the volume of services needed to be covered when they acquired this new contract. If they couldn't handle the volume they should have opted out. The company that previously had the contract was way more efficient than this. Imagine my dismay to come here and find that there are so many more people with the same complaint. Shame on you ACUMEN for causing such a disruption in so many peoples lives!Acumen Fiscal Agent

I am the caregiver of my husband who had a stroke at 37. He's 41 now and i have yet had to worry about getting a pay check. I didn't have to worry about this with Allied. ******* Employee Transferred to Acumen 12/23/23 Ive Not Been paid for 3weeks of pay Im sending my 4th week in on Monday Jan29th **** Im praying to be paid for all hours Ive worked Friday January 26th i received a direct deposit of 93 dollars For Dec 23 2023 I didnt work on the 23rd thats a Sunday My Hours are Monday Through Friday 9am to 5pm I didnt send that time sheet in so Im wondering where and Why Was I Paid For 8 Hours That I Never sent a time sheet for .I did speak with a supervisor Im praying he gets the job done if not Im contacting the labor board this has been the worst experience!!! 1 starI have tried and tried to contact these people to get my paycheck and they only paid me for one day and that was for the 31st. They have not accepted any of my other payroll or time sheets and I cannot get in contact with anybody. Personal choice tells me that they can do anything and that I have to contact acumen and I cannot get anybody on the phone and I cannot get any emails back. I am a personal choice employee and I have not been paid by this company they took the state contract from Allied. I was working a whole under this company before I knew that I was working for a new company. They do not return phone call they do response to emails. Never had this problem with the other company that I worked for. Right now they own me for 4 weeks of pay.I did what they ask me to do as far as getting my time sheet to them. They keep sending me something about there rules saying they dont pay over 40 hours in one week, but I only work 25 hours in a week.Acumen Fiscal Agent

Just like many of you Ive yet to get paid for the month of January at all. My bills are past due and theyve yet to respond to a single email or call. I do understand that transitioning can take time but this has been beyond deplorable. Im sure if Acumen didnt get paid theyd have an issue. Now what are we supposed to do? Acumen are you going to compensate for late fees and other expenses that have occurred because of your negligence? It may be time to look for payroll services and things elsewhere because this is unacceptable.Acumen Fiscal Agent
