      Awful company. There is no way to stop from going over data and I never even received a warning. Overcharged me and refuses to contact me or refund me. They will continue to charge you for service after you call to cancel even though youre not using the service.

      I am very happy with my Sparklight service. I had internet connectivity issues and in a timely and precise manner Sparklight sent technicians (Pat) over and had my internet service back and running.Thank you to **************, *******, *** and his supervisor for the exceptional quality of service. I will be using Sparklight internet for many years to come.Great communication, timely service, excellent customer service.

      I've never had more problems from a cable internet company than I have with Cable One/Sparklight!

      Last year, our service seemed decent, but as of last month, our service goes down and up daily. If this continues, we will change to another company. It does not seem as if they know how to troubleshoot their own network.

      Do not waste your time with this miserable excuse for a communications company. The service can be fast but with absolutely unacceptable reliability. Ive had several instances of losing connectivity with no explanation and any attempt to contact them for service results in an actual LITERAL hour of me waiting on hold before giving up. They obviously do not care about their customers or providing a good reliable service. I cant game, do homework, and I wont be able to watch the Super Bowl it seems and they cant be bothered to answer the phone. NEVER

      When I went over data, got no notification that I was going to be charged extra FIVE TIMES! There was not even messages in my app. Not one single notification before taking an extra $50!

      The most horrible service for a internet company in ****** ********.It never stays running goes down all the time I just had a better service in ****** and there people working in this place are so rude they need to shut this place down

      I had issues with my internet connection and modem. I reached out for help in tech support, and I must say the tech " ********* had over and beyond attitude, and settled my issues outstandingly. She is a wonderful phone tech, kudos!!!! I appreciate Sparklight.

      The service provided by Sparklight in the Prescott Valley area has issues. For one, their customer service is inconsistent. To many *********** are either limited in their knowledge, or limited to a script or both. I swapped out the internet modem at my home. The first tech spoke to me in a patronizing tone. After 15 minutes, I ended the call and called back. The 2nd tech was spoke at me, not down at me and the issue was resolved.Second, my internet reliability is bad. I can not reliably watch a streamed movie. My service contract is for 200MB. After a dozen calls to tech support, a service tech was scheduled to come out. The date of the response was scheduled 2 1/2 weeks away. If there was an alternative to this provider, I would be gone.
