      I had used Sparklight in ************** for 6 months...outage after outage at all times of the day. Called **************** and they replaced hardware 3 times. Then I finally got tired of it and went back to cable for internet because their cost was half of Sparklight. (I've had ZERO problems with cable!) I turned all of my Sparklight hardware in and was told nothing was due. Then i got email saying I owed $11.93. I called to complain and they dismissed my complaint. I'm continually hounded by the same $11.93 email. Just called again and they said a supervisor will call me within ***** hours.

      I been a client for years just, because for so long this is the only provider around my area. I never in years had been satisfied with the connection. Sparklight keep sending me a technician, but never been able to fix the problems, just a wase of my time.

      How does this business have an A+ rating and 1/5 stars!?! Terrible internet service. Terrible customer service. Terrible policies that serve only Sparklight. I understand I will be paying highway robbery for service in the boonies of *********** but the service better serve.

      We pay for 1GB speeds only to only get 10MBs up to 160Mbs downloads. This is a serious rip off. You cannot advertise 1GB speeds and only give your customers 10% of what's advertised and/or being charged for. How is this not criminal?

      Internet is great but billing is a hassle, card expired I fixed it but for two times in a row they didn't take my payment so I had to pay over due fees.

      CableAmerica is a joke! I have spent almost two hours waiting for someone to get to me on the phone. Oh, CableAmerica is good about wanting their payment on time, of which I havent ever missed a payment or ever been late on my payment. Apparently CableAmerica hires people that dont want to work. After all the money I pay, its not to much to ask them to not leave me waiting on the phone for over an hour to ask a simple question. Maybe the problem is, that no one at CableAmerica has any answers. They claim they are trying to improve, what a joke that is. The phone message wants you to take a survey at the end of the call, but no one answers, so you cant tell CableAmerica how bad their service is. Maybe they already know how bad it is, so why give anyone a chance to remind them. What a joke! Just one more third rate business in this stinking county.

      Cable america isnt providing service that's being paid for. My house was with cable and internet for 4 days and a tech came to the house to fix the cable boxes ( which we have to pay for) but didnt repair the issues. Said he would set up a follow up but didnt. Again I set up a appointment and again they didnt show up. Called their office and they said they would have some out to fix the issue and again they didnt show up. The same issues have been going on for years and same answers.they have a monopoly on cable in this area so no where else to go.

      They took away the ability to watch the ** TWINS on their system. I am already paying about $10 / month extra for sports channels. I could list many channels to drop just to keep the Twins coverage. And they wonder why people are cable cutting!

      This company *****. Had a appointment today and the tech showed up unannounced ( they were suppose to text us because we have two pitbulls that need to be put away). The came in and my son answered the door ( he has CP and is in a wheelchair) The guy refused to do the work until the dogs were put away and just left. He told my son in the wheel chair to call them when the dogs were put away and my son said wait on the porch I will have them put away in 2 mins. He just left. Now we have been on the phone with some ***** number for an hour and they won't give us the local number and now they are trying to tell us we didn't have an appointment and they can't get anyone out today. We have been waiting for this appointment for a month now. Worst company ever. Unfortunately the have a monopoly in our area and we have no choices...
