      Terrible. I checked on usage and saw that I'm being billed for ***** in the second week of March! Wehavent done anything different, yet our bill continues to increase each month. When I called the billing ****** I was told the young lady hadn't seen that before. Very dishonest company. I will be canceling soon.

      Theyre awful if you work night and have a day off they constantly have outages later in the evening and its really not worth it go with another service for sure

      I was employed by this Company and worked from home the entire time from 4-14-21 til 2-21-14 after Covid we'd be back in the office I was fired for background noise when I tried to take **** for my dying family. I worked on commission management was ultimately not happy with my absence and lack of contribution during this time. Because I wad faceless to my team basically they chose to make an example of me. HR is non responsive and management claimed they spoke to them. This company has principles they do not abide by. Beware.

      Very poor internet service, very slow, internet is down some parts of many days. Streaming is not possible Very poor customer service. Called recently to question interruption of service, was told due to non payment, even though I was on an auto billing program. No notice was provided prior to disconnect. Agent I spoke to was unable to explain why or to help resolve issue No one was in the office that could help I was told to leave a phone number and some one would call. That call has not came

      I have attempted to get a paper bill from these people six different times in the past seven months. Each time I am assured it has been taken care of. It never is. I have difficulty remembering my bill due to disability. These people are liars and deceivers who rip off the less fortunate. Use anyone else.

      If you like buffering Sparklight is for you. They cant fix it. No credit issued. Each representative gives a difference reason. None of them work.

      Sparklight is dishonest, condescending and enjoys a utility monopoly. They do dis-service to customers by boasting of LIGHTNING FAST SPEED 1GB speed but but fail to deliver. Countless measurements for the past six months of upload and download speeds via various metrics at various times of the day have yielded averages less than half of their speed assertions (1GB). Why should customers pay for such malfunction and failure to deliver? I had to snail mail a letter in order to receive any attention. Specifically, it is difficult to impossible to spend less for services - only more. Certainly, and by **************, Sparklight's website does not have a link to decrease a service plan, nor are there ways to communicate via email. The only consumer choices are limited by their web designers. Behavior such as this Sparklight's belief that the customer will soon be exhausted and just keep current services -is abhorrent and, sadly remains endemic within service monopolies such as Sparklight, who experience little or no competition. Customers feel locked in with e-mail addresses as well. I changed from 1GB to 600 MB speeds and have experienced only a lower monthly bill. When it comes to internet service, we are sodden compared to ***** and Europe. Sparklight is a contributor to the third-world image we so hate to tolerate in the ***.

      Sparklight is the worst company I have ever worked with. I closed an account with them months ago and was told that it was closed, no balance remained and I wouldn't be billed further. I literally asked those questions specifically. 3 months later after no communication with them other than emails saying "please reconnect" and "we miss you" I find out they are trying to send me to collections over a random $14 charge for two days of service that went into the next billing cycle. ******* I closed the account with told me I was completely done. Nothing like being lied to. Interestingly, when I call them they tell me they've been sending me mail for the last 3 months that I never received. I never got a phone call or email from them saying there was a problem with my account. According to the last rep, "they don't make phone calls about problems with accounts." I guess an email would bee too much to ask for as well. Literally will go without internet at this point rather than ever use them again. If you want to do business with a company that doesn't seem to give a **** about their customers, by all means go with Sparklight.

      Scheduled to my service weeks ahead of time. They never showed up or call on the day. They said they would. They rescheduled me for three days later. They never showed up or rescheduled. They rescheduled once again six business days later they sent a technician who showed up at 4:15 PM. He left because he needed a part and said he would call or be back. He did neither. Called customer service and they said they would get me to a manager. I spoke to a manager. He said hed have a clear answer for me in 30 minutes. Never called back. Beyond disappointed in spark light. Ive been a customer for 17 years .

      Service itself is usually great but had an outage at a very critical time I needed the internet. Called customer service and was quite upset after being told no credit would be issued for lost service until I had been without service for 2 days!!! I pay for the service in it's entirety for the whole month if I don't receive the services I have paid for shouldn't I be credited no matter how long it is??? If I don't pay my Internet gets shut off but if I don't get my Internet I still have to pay????
