5 starsI have never had a better experience with any financial institution. Apparently I'm not supposed to leave any names in my review, but one baker in particular has been astonishingly helpful, and the rest have been more helpful than you would find from the likes of big commercial banks. I had an appointment for noon at the Butler Ave branch in Flagstaff, and when she came back from lunch at 12:30 and seeing me still waiting she took it upon herself to take care of my banking needs. And today I write this review because she helped straighten out a mix up between 2 business accounts. 10/10 One Az is the best out there.OneAZ Credit Union

5 starsI am writing to RAVE about One AZ Credit Union. I joined them in **** and have been with them ever since. I am a 'baby boomer' and place a high amount of importance on Customer Service which seems to be very rare these days. I had a problem with my account and reached out to Lisa D**, the Manager of the Monroe Branch. She put me in touch with Anthony S***** , one of the Bankers. He was very kind and patient and helped me resolve my issue in a few minutes.I grew up watching "It's a Wonderful Life" with Jimmy Stewart and it left a deep impression on me. I would recommend this Credit Union to anyone! Dealing with kind, efficient people is a lost art, but both Lisa and Anthony were excellent!OneAZ Credit Union
