**** was so polite and helpful. I am not very good with computers and technology and he helped me fix a problem that was driving me crazy. He was so patient and kind to me. I love the customer service this bank provides. Thank you!

I spoke with ******** this morning 10/25/2022. ******** you did an outstanding job this morning and you were of great help to me regarding the $29.00 NSF fee that was charged to my account. One Az Credit Union is lucky to have such a wonderful outstanding employee which is you ********. They need to reward you because if you are as helpful to all your clients as you were to me this morning then you need to be promoted to management because it is very hard to find such great **************** these days. Great service and the chat service people are very professional and fast. Not like other banks services at all where you wait online several minutes to finally chat with a representative. Someone always comes online immediately with OneAZ.OneAZ Credit Union

I had a appointment with *****************************, on Oct 3rd, regarding the following:1. to make a notation that I would be out of state so my charges would not be denied, AS THEY WERE IN THE PAST.2. to remove a name off of my account, she stated she could not do that unless that person was with me. I told her the reason why when they question me on the phone at a merchant i failed to answered the question correct, that there was someone else on my acct, I told ******* she should not be on my account, come to find out she is not on my acct, she is just reference, ******* said that she would have to get back with me, this was Oct 3rd til today Oct 19th I still have not heard back from them...OMG are you kidding! I am very disappointed in them...I WILL NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO DEAL WITH ONE AZ TO ANY OF MY FRIENDS. THEY ARE THE WORSE CREDIT UNION I HAVE EVER HAD TO DEAL WITH....OneAZ Credit Union
