I have been a member for ~40 years for many reasons. I love that I can always speak with a person each time I call. While I do most of my banking online, there are times when contact is needed. Recently, I had an issue with numerous transactions on my account that I thought was unusual. ****** explained it to me and completely eased my fears. When it comes to fraud prevention, OneAZ is far above any bank. I have received calls from my CU letting me know of potential fraud before I was even aware it was happening. My card was cancelled and I was advised to come in and pick up a new one. Thank you for your continued outstanding service!

I have been a proud member of OneAZ Credit Union for 40 years, and I continue to stay because of their outstanding customer service. Recently, ******** ****** assisted me in opening an additional account and making significant transfers. I was a bit nervous handling these transactions online, but she stayed on the phone with me, ensuring everything went through successfully. 5 stars********************* from staff to Banker. We received a great rate on our new vehicle. After financing with 2 other financial institutions. OneAZ offered us a better interesr rate. The dealer at ********** had said they did financing through OneAz they were NEVER contacted. These orher financial institutions gave the dealer a "kick back" but didn't offer us a thorough search for a better rate. SHAME on ************** at Autonation ********************************* they misinformed us and still tried to upsale!
