      I searched for knee braces on Amazon which has a no hassle return policy, and somehow ended up, unknowingly ordering coming Stability PRo not Amazon. I do not know how I was redirected away from Amazon to StabilityPro when I placed the order. I requested return procedure from Stability pro and was told they do not allow returns ,only store credit. The product is unopened and fully intact. This company should not be linked to Amazon which has a return policy, if they do not also have a return policy.This is highly deceptive.2 complaints here:1) being redirected unknowingly from Amazon to Stability Pro 2) stabilityPro not backing its own products by allowing return and not stating this clearly on order page and ON Amazon.

      Date: 1/27/292 Amount: $36.83 2 Sciatic Nerve Braces I contacted the seller immediately after I placed this order and was told they would get back to me. After I received a response they refused to give me my money back. They wanted to offer me a 50% discount on another product and I pay for shipping. The products I received were not as expected in the description. Very poorly made with nothing included with the product to address the pain. I reached out to Paypal for assistance and they were unable to receive a positive response and declined to refund my money. I also noticed this company continues this same practice with other customers. I am stuck with products I cannot use and out of my money. In the future I will always check with the BBB before I make any purchases.

      I received a waist training garment that I purchased online on 01/23/2023. Upon receiving, I opened the package which appeared normal. As I tried the garment on, one of the straps broke. I notified the seller that I received a defective garment, because it fell apart upon trying on. I was not trying to get a refund only a replacement as I realize the garment was discounted. I read their policy which states to notify them if anything is wrong or for a refund, which I did on 02/01/2023, within well with 30 days. I was contacted on 02/06/2023, when I was told initially that it would be within 24 hours. I was told they can't issue a refund, which I didn't want to begin with. Then stated that I can only receive credit for another garment, but I will need to pay the shipping costs. Their policy doesn't state for a damaged product that the customer has to pay for shipping. Also, they said they can't confirm how the garment broke and if I wore it, when I clearly stated I tried it on. I sent them pictures of the garment when I contacted them also so it can be seen. I didn't want to keep a defective garment. I would have gladly sent back so they can see it wasn't worn, since the pictures I sent didn't suffice. Their policy states providing a shipping label, but they did not mention that. They continue to contact me stating I have received credit but refuse to send a replacement unless I pay for shipping, which is not acceptable. I've given them the chance to make this right to no avail.

      On January 16, 2023 I placed order #****** at StabilityPro.com. It was for a Buttpad size Large. I checked the StabilityPro.com size chart carefully while using a tape measure on my own waist. They have since changed their size charts. Unfortunately I have no way to prove that but I will swear an oath that at that time I was ordering the size chart listed a 39 waist as Size Large. When I received the Buttpad I found that it was way too small to fit me and requested an exchange which they effectively denied. I researched the StabilityPro company before purchasing the StabilityPro Buttpad. It has become increasingly more and more difficult to distinguish unbiased web reviews from paid ones and I must have missed the **** this time. It was only afterwards that I found the following BBB review of 'F' and also want to report this company's corrupt business practices.StabilityPros size charts were off-base and the company largely ignores customer questions and complaints. The waist of the Buttpad they sent me measured 28" while the size I ordered was for a 39" waist, which is an unhealthy difference. I wrote several times asking to exchange the item I received for another larger sized one. I told them that I opened the package and only tried on the Buttpants very briefly over clean underwear. They basically denied an even exchange unless I sent the item back and it be inspected for being in new condition. Every brick-and-mortar store I have ever been to allows buyers to try on ******* and bathing suit type items on as long as they wear clean ******* underneath. StabilityPro is an online business so the only way to try on their items is at home yet they stated that returns must be in new condition and totally ignored my question about what constitutes "new" to them. Otherwise they offered only 50% off a new one if I sent the one I received back. From then on they just ignored me except for continued ads. I have retained copies of all our emails if needed.

      I would hereby like to lodge a complaint against StabilityPro for deceptive business practices. On 12/26/22 I placed an online order with StabilityPro for their Sciatic Nerve Brace, which they claim is an ****approved medical device. As soon as I clicked on the order, another button popped up advertising a special price reduced from the item I had just ordered. It appeared to me to be a notice of a discounted price for my item. When I clicked on it, two messages appeared in my email inbox. The first was for the original order; the second was for a second order. Surprised, I realized that I had inadvertently ordered a second item, and immediately emailed back that I did not want it. StabilityPro advised me that they do not accept cancellation of orders. They have no provision for me to get my money back; they wont even accept a return of a discounted item unless it is returned unused, with all tags and in original packaging, and then if approved I would only receive store credit or possibly an exchange. I would also have to pay for return shipping. I tried to point out to them that the items were received a) without instructions; b) without tags, which would seem to be against their own return policy; and c) the items were too small and thus of no possible use. After several emails I finally received a response, which was to reiterate that I was, essentially, stuck with a product I could not possibly use. I note that they dont include a return address in their Return Policy, nor have I received one in answer to my requests.

Tracking number created. 1-4-2023 - **** in ******* ** still awaiting actual product from Stability Pro to ship out. Customer called ********************. Per recording, sent email.1-9-2023 - Still no response from Stability Pro. Voicemail left on machine of stability pro, requesting a full refund. **** still awaiting actual product to ship out. 1-12-2023 - Still no response from stability pro. **** still awaiting actual product to ship out. I attempted a live chat on the site of stability Pro. No employee came online to respond. Detailed voicemail left on machine of stability Pro, requesting a full refund, and another email sent to stability Pro, requesting a full refund.1-14-2023 - Still no response from Stability Pro. No money refunded into bank account. No product received. **** in ******* ******* still awaiting the product. Reaching out to Better Business Bureau to help us collect a full refund from Stability Pro.

      I am a post surgery patient from ACL reconstruction. I bought braces so have them when I become active again. The braces I bought is too small for my leg. I immediately requested to return the brace back for a refund. The company return policy is to request a refund with in 30 days and they will send me a return label. The response I got was that they dont do refunds. They only do store credit!!! Or they can send me a coupon for 50% off! The knee brace is brand new, unused and in original packaging! Unbelievable! Ill NEVER buy from them again and people need to know they are NOT A GOOD COMPANY TO BUY FROM!

      We ordered a product on August 24 Knee Joint Support Boosters Order #****** When it arrived, it was not as discribed and did not work like the company advertised it.We sent an email asking for a refund on 9-1-2022.       On 8/19/2022 I ordered a product from this company online. They said shipping would be 3-5 business days. I still have not received my product and I have sent a couple of emails and left a couple of phone messages and no one has responded. I would like my product or a refund immediately, Thank You.
