      08/06/22 I ordered one Sciatic Nerve Brace At **** I received confirmation $22.86 2 hours later ***** I received updated order $36.83 adding second brace.I contacted ********************* & advised I did not order 2 braces & to correct order or send check for difference.They advised that I did not read their refund *********** would have to return item & accept store credit.I received notice that item would be delivered no later than 9 PM 08/15/22 It did not arrive.I received later notice that item is delayed but has been sent & will arrive later & was given tracking # for USPS.I advised that item left Phoenix 08/13/22.Days later I again contacted *********************.They advised that when I ordered it takes 2 days to complete & 3-5 days for mail.I ordered 08/06 a Sat. I allowed for ********* not to count and added ********** plus 5 days which is 08/14/22 I also contacted support for phone call which I never received I then contacted them to send overnight a check for $36.83 did not come.To add insult on 08/24 I received e-mail from S asking me to review their product which I never received .Same day I received bill from my credit card which includes charge for $36.83. I advised Support that we have ordered items since 08/06 from other out of state retailers & received items in 2 days. in the mail.I also ordered bike part from ***** & received same in mail in 2 weeks incl customs.I'm 81 & hoped the brace would help in my physical therapy sessions which end 9/1/22

      i bought a product called a ab stimulator upon received the product and put batteries on the electrical pulse modulator for abdominal stimulation and the product didn't work . i asked stability pro's for a replacement and the excuse that they gave me was due to covid and the lack of man power and government regulations and that it was sold on sale they could not just replace it and they didn't know if i tried use it. to me this is just a song and dance and all i want is a working unit.
