      Fantastic job - above and beyond. Mason came out to replace garage door opener and then replaced the bottom part of garage so that rodents and water can’t get in. Highly recommend The Garage Door Guy and Mason!

      A1 Garage Door Service - I waited for 2 days to post this so I have calmed down a little. My husband had a coupon from A1 Garage for a $59 tuneup. He made an appointment with them. To drive the 5 miles from their office they charged $40. After he had everything torn apart he told my husband it would be about $1200 to fix everything. My husband quickly called ******* Doors (who we usually have work on it) to see how much they would charge. They werent able to get back to us in time. So we paid $1290.94 to have cables, springs and a tune up. When ******* called back, they quoted us $495. We also called Hung Rite Doors to see what they would charge. Their quote was $450. The whole time A1 was here, he constantly told us there were so many other things we wrong. He wanted us to buy a new door or have $3000 in repairs to ours. We are on a fixed income and are in our late 70s. We really cant afford to be ripped off.

      Ideal Garage Doors is one of the most professional, diligent, and honest companies Ive ever worked with. ***************************** came out to work on my ****** garage door within an hour after I requested the service. He assessed the state of my door, reviewed and tightened all connections, discovered a small issue and fixed it. all within about a half hour. I was quite pleased. Ill put my trust into Ideal Garage Doors any day of the week. Theyll maintain my garage door service-provider for the life of the door.

      A1Garage Doors DOES NOT honor their word. I am waiting on a refund. They tell you to wait **** days. Then they tell you the check is in the mail. Then they tell you....ANOTHER LIE. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE. THEY ARE THIEVES.

      *** arrived on time and went straight to work. He checked everything. He corrected the problem in minimum time. The unit, on the ceiling, had to be re-programed. That done he made sure both remotes, both ********* ****** phone worked.

      Had a key pad put on in June and quit working, called them, they came out promptly. Then tried to charge me again. I thought they would stand by their work.

      Our tenant, who happens to be in her 80s, contacted A1 Garage Door Service because of difficulty with the garage door opener. Both the wall and car/hand held remote were not working consistently. The technician came to the house and indicated that aa new garage door opener was needed. She agreed to this purchase and the garage door opener was installed without our permission or approval. When she notified us and provided us with the bill, we were astonished at the exorbitant amount that A1 Garage Door Service charge for the opener. The model was the ***** Lift Master jackshaft opener. This retails for anywhere from $565-$799. We were charged $1271.23 which is anywhere from $500-700 over retail. And I am sure that A1 Garage ************ does not pay retail for their products! Of course our tenant did not let us know within the time limit for cancellation or we would have cancelled this transaction. BUYER BEWARE!! A1 Garage Door Service not only takes advantage of senior citizens, but they will perform work without permission from the owners of the property.
