I want to put out a huge thank you to Jeff from Armstrong garage doors amazing customer service, called this morning and Jeff was here within 45 minutes and replaced the broken springs and recommended other parts that needed to be replaced and I do appreciate that so much I work with a company deprived some sales on customer service and it’s always nice to come across another company that does the same. John came to our home and really did an amazing job on our door. The large spring had broken. He also found 2 cracked brackets and showed them to me. Lickty Split we are back in business. The door is so quiet and John made it all look easy.

We had a problem with our garage door opener not working. I called the office, described the problem and a technician, Jeff, was dispatched to us immediately following the job he was on. As soon as he arrived, Jeff asked me a few questions, quickly diagnosed the problem and resolved it quickly. He was professional and personable at all times. Garage Door Guy representative ***** was awesome. Explained options and let us make decision - no pressure or attempts to upsell service. Ultimately we decided to install new openers and he went right to work. Set up was fast and complete and the tune up on our doors have them running like new. ***** made sure understood how things worked and took time to help us set up our security pad. On top of the prompt install, ***** also took time to clean up the work site. I will definitely call on them and recommend the to anyone. Great job *****.A1 Garage Door Service

I have been using Armstrong (Jeff) since 2018. They have been consistently responsive, courteous, knowledgeable and reasonable. Today I contacted them at about noon and they were at my home by 3:00PM. Jeff had my springs replaced and the entire system tuned by 4:00PM. ARMSTRONG is the best at repairs and replacements I Highly recommend them . Also when you call for repair ask for Rocky . Great tech very smart and knowledgeable . 1 starQuestionable Pricing Practices. Non-disclosure of extra fees up front. Received a coupon in the mail from A1 Garage Door Service. There was no expiration, no mention of any additional charges, and no other ******************* The $59.95 Tune Up Special looked interesting, so I called to make an appointment. There was a pleasant lady that answered the phone and she took all my contact informationName, address, phone, etc. In the very last step, we started to look for the best time for an appointment. I told her a day/time that would work and as she was entering it in, she said something like..Oh, theres an additional $39.95 trip charge, bringing the total to $110 + sales tax. There was no mention of an additional charge on the coupon and no mention of an additional charge until the very end of the conversation. Its not that I cant afford the charge.
