Armstrong performed the original install & continue to maintain our garage door. Jeff just provided the latest PM of our door & as usual they were on time, professional & good with communication throughout. Last weekend I had an issue with a spring on my garage door and a friend recommended Armstrong Garage Door. I left a message for a non-urgent visit and received a call first thing Monday morning. Rocky, the technician, arrived early in the afternoon and replaced the springs, hardware and keypad. This garage door was about 25 years old and had not been maintained properly. Rocky is certainly a great representative for Armstrong Garage Door. He was professional, knowledgeable, efficient and respectful. I was so impressed that I will be getting annual maintenance performed on my garage door and will also use Armstrong Garage Door when I need to replace my old motor. 1 starScheduled a standard maintenance of a working garage door .. *** arrives start working on it very pleasant man . But 15 minutes later I was informed that both springs and bearings need to be replaced so $150 job turned into a $1400 job .. they also did not tell me upfront that they do not deal with seers craftsman remote control or receiver . $1400 later I got the pleasure of now plowing through a manual to figure out how to do this .. classic switch in bait. . these guys need to advertise upfront which models and makes they will fully service and will not fully serviceReview fromSam J B
