    I have received scary letters in the mail indicating "Final Notice" from Home Warranty Direct. See attached just one of the flyers. These letters intentionally miss represent to consumers a false urgency, they are a local government ******************** miss representing themselves as a financial institution sending a bogus check, and are a current customer when they are not. I called on Sept 9 and figured out they are just a private company. I was told they own both the phone numbers ************ and ************. Agent miss informed me that I have a warranty with them and I do not. The agent refused to provide an address, e-mail, or website so I could send a written complaint. Agent refused to transfer my call to a supervisor and agent hung up. I sent a message through the BBB portal to the business asking for their e-mail and mailing address to send a written complaint. I received no response.On September 12 I called and spoke with an agent named ***** asking for their webiste, e-mail, or mailing address to send a complaint. She put me on hold and then hung up. I believe this company has also spam called me and ignores the BBB warnings. I uploaded a picture of both sides of the flyer. The side with the County Deeds is what consumer first see in the mail and then the open it up to a scary Final Notice letter.

    November 9,2021 I ************************* canceled my home warranty insurance wrote a letter of cancellation. They received my letter and approve the refund in January of 2022 . Every week I call and they tell me that I'm on the priority list and I should be getting my check soon. And every week that I call they give me a different story I think I've already talked to everybody in customer service I tell him I want to speak with the manager and I never get a call back they tell me that they're going to send another email to the refund department and I never get an answer from them either we're in September now November 9th will be a year still waiting for that refund. Bliss home warranty insurance is located at ***************************************************************************** phone number is ************ contract number is ****.

    On May 31, 2022 I got a piece of mail allegedy from my mortgage carrier, Loan Depot. It said that my home warranty was expiring soon I contacted this company and signed on. I spoke with *********************** and he over charged me by $55.00, which he said he refunded me but I can find no refund in my checking account. He also took an additional $155.00. I called this number (***********************)and assured me that he would refund the additional $155.00. I contacted ******************** several times and he finally stopped answering my calls.The receptionist said that I only had 30 days to examine the policy and make the final decision. To summarize, I got in touch with the warranty on May 31, 2022, I called on June 6, 2022 . I called that number several times and they kept stalling and would not *************. The last time I got in touch with the receptionist she claimed that I couldn't cancel because I was beyond the 30-day period to cancel. They deliberately stalled so they could make me beyond the 30-days.

    I continue to receive notices from this company in deceptive and "time sensitive" notices. I did not move to be harassed. I contact company via phone directly and ask to be put on the do not contact list. They say they do not have such list.

    continuous harrasment letters continue after talking with them and indication I am not interested. how do I get them to stop ?

    I called to have a policy canceled because I discovered that I have a policy already with another company. The lady I spoke to over the phone wanted to keep arguing with me about why I should not cancel my policy even asking for me to go and get the policy I hold with the other company. I continued to ask for the policy to be cancelled and my request was ignored. After being completely frustrated I asked to speak to a manager and it only got worse. He was worst than the lady and I am not sure this policy has been cancelled or if they will try and charge me next month. I just want the policy cancelled and I do not want my account charged. I have already made a hundred dollar payment when I contacted them.
