This company cold calls millions of people and routes qualifying leads to Choice Home Warranty. I am familiar with Choice Home Warranty (referred them to 3 separate clients, and all 3 have been unsatisfied with their home warranty service.)Home Warranty Solutions is being paid on a per-referral basis by home warranty providers such as Choice Home Warranty. Home Warranty Solutions does not abide by *** DNC call list regulations and uses a number spoofer to remain untraceable.

My complaint mirrors most on this page. Three "panic" letters have been sent. I'm savvy enough to know they're a scam, but the threatening letters were enough to frighten my very elderly mother, the recipient. I've spoken with them twice. Their employees' attitudes are appropriate for their workplace. Nasty company. Nasty employees.

Junk mail scammer that uses publicly available information to seem somewhat credible.

I received a very threatening letter from them on 6/3/24. I have had no dealings with them and my home is paid off.The letter states that the mortgage company Bank One is going to cancel the mortgage if I dont contact them immediately. That my home warranty has expired (I never had a home warranty with anyone) This was very upsetting until I realized it is their way of advertising. I am 63 with heart issues. Signed by ***********************, Program Director. There is no address on the letter l They need to stop.

The owner of this scam business appears to have a history of fraud on the East coast so no wonder he is now based out of *******. I located an article from 2021 where a man named ***************************************************** admitted to tax fraud and identity theft. The author of this article was *************************. Given this information, isnt funny that the registered owner of this scam business is listed as *******************************? I hope law enforcement gets involved in this, *** submitted a complaint to the department of justice as I am outside of the state this business is registered in. Here is the link to the article where this information can be found: ****************************************************************************************************************************************

Its a scam that uses publicly available information to associate you with a home and convince you to purchase their fake home warranty. The letter that is made to look official, yet lacks any company markings, is addressed to anyone they feel is the head of household. *** never had a mortgage nor any relationship with ****************. So, in essence, theyre throwing f**** on the wall and hoping it sticks.

Total scam. Ignore the threatening letter they send to you. We never had a home warranty (as they claim we did) and therefore it is not expiring. They use information on your current mortgage holder to make the letter seem legitimate. Run away quickly!

************ trying to bamboozle people into signing up for a home warranty. Pretending your home warranty is expired. Stay away
