    Ordered 2 pairs of *********** pre-order and they never arrived. Got scammed like everyone else. An email to them was initially responded to assuring me my order was in production but then the account became inactive and the website disappeared. Looks like they also have a branch in ********* according to their social media which isn't updating anymore either. They issued me a tracking number for a package that never left. So disappointed.

    I ordered items from them Aug 2023 and have not received it. I contact them via email and social media with no response. I attempted to get my money back by doing a charge back though my credit card company, and they block it, telling the cc company it was sent. Nothing has been sent! Their website is down!     I placed an order in August and I never received my order. Ive emailed multiple times with no reply. They stole my money and ghosted me. Im appalled.

    On August 13, 2023, I ordered 3 pairs of period underwear from Mool, totaling $71.40. I knew that I was preordering the *******. I waited for a month or so and went to track my order, and the website is down, and they have, I assume, gone out of business. I want my money returned to me for this purchase. How can they tear down the site, and customers cannot contact them about getting their money back? Please help.

    Transaction date 07/23/23 $8.99 MOOL Underwear Order # ***** Ordered a pair of Period Underwear for Heavy Flow - ******* The idea has never been shipped out. I contacted seller and they said they would arrive 10/23/23, they did not. I reached out to the seller again and have received no response. The **** website seems to be down. I have seen that this has happened to lots of people, same story as mine. The amount of money lost is not huge fortunately but I just feel scammed!

    I ordered some underwear from mool underwear during a sale price. Order #***** was confirmed on 8/17/2023 with five items. The order was shipped on 9/7/2023. On 9/20/2023 I was asked to review my order but it was never delivered to me so I contacted them to let them know that I didn't receive it. They replied on 10/6/2023 some with the name ***************************** "Hi!The reason you havent received your order yet is because you ordered a ***** that is currently on pre-order. Our pre-orders are currently being processed and our team is working hard to ship your order as soon as possible!To provide you with an update on your order, we anticipate being restocked by the end of September. We want to assure you that we are doing everything in our power to expedite the restocking process and facilitate the shipment of your order before October 30th.Be on the lookout for the email confirmation that youll receive when your order is on the way!Thank you for your understanding and your cooperation.Have a Mool day!The Mool Team"I haven't received anything since then and I emailed them 11/8/2023 and 12/19/2023 with no response. No refund or product from them.

    I placed an order on September 7th, 2023. I got an order confirmation emailed along with a tracking number, however the order never shipped. I emailed the company on October 24th asking where my order was and received no response from the company. I messaged them on Instagram several times and never received a response. Its now January **** and the link they sent me with tracking is broken, their website no longer exists and the US Instagram page has all posts deleted. They are 100% a scam. I never received a refund and the funds were removed from my bank account.

    I purchased some period underwear from Mool Underwear on August 13, 2023 for a total of *****. I still have not received my purchase. I replied to their email asking a status since it's been 4 months and there was no response from them. I also tried checking the status on their website and it is no longer available. It seems they went out of business. I would like to get a refund for my total.

    Placed order on August 24, 2023. There has been no delivery or updates from the company since order confirmation. I ordered 3 items but received nothing. Sent an email to customer service on October 12th with no response. Business website later stated items were on backorder but would ship by October 31, 2023 and this has not happened. I am seeking either the items I paid for or a full refund. Order #*****
