I ordered a single "test" item from Noom with a stated cost of $8.99 for shipping on September 8. When the item still had not arrived I sent the following email but did not receive a response: Ordered over a month ago - please respond TO ****************************** Sat, Oct 14 at 2:49 PM Hello,I paid for shipping on a pair of test ******* for my daughter over a month ago. Mool Underwear company sold products and collected money up front, and items were never received. Order was placed in September 2023, and it was supposed to be shipped within a few weeks. Ordered from this company on august 15th never received my product when it said I would receive it, emailed them multiple times they responded to my emails twice out of the 10+ emails Ive sent. Was told 4 different ship dates, checked for updates then when the last known ship date rolled around I emailed again no response then the website disappeared Instagram was still up so I messaged them 5 times on Instagram constantly commented on there post comments were removed. I made a $30 purchase on 9/10/23, the items were never sent. An email with confirmation of my purchase was sent that day, and my card was charged. The order number has now expired. I emailed the company twice and reached out via social media DMs - no reply at all. I have since noticed many people talking about the exact same issue within the same time frame online. The company appears to be deleting comments of anyone speaking of these issues on their brand's account. They are continuing to send out promo emails for sales, even though they will not respond to any inquiries as to where my items are, how to get a refund - or offer any help or response at all.Initial Complaint

I ordered a pair of underwear from mool underwear online on 8/23/33 ORDER #*****. I was aware that the item I ordered was on pre order. The company debited the amount on 8/24/23. I reach out to the company via email on 9/19/23 for an update. I was advised To provide you with an update on your order, we anticipate being restocked by the end of September. We want to assure you that we are doing everything in our power to expedite the restocking process and facilitate the shipment of your order before October 30th. I purchased a pair of underwear on September 14th in response to their "free panty" promotion. I paid $8.99 for shipping (supposedly saving $34.95, the underwear price). My card was charged $8.99 immediately. I saw in my Shop app that it would be shipped on or around October 15. It is now November 17, and I have followed up multiple times in October and have received no response. I also filed a trust pilot complaint to advise others not to purchase from them, hopefully. This feels very scammy between the lack of response and the plentiful similar complaints from other customers. I would like a refund of the $8.99 charge because it seems apparent they will not be sending me my item.
