    I purchased underwear from the company on 08/16/2023. I never received my order. I have emailed them and messaged on Instagram, which they state is how to resolve issues. I have not received any response. I also received an odd text after placing my order asking if I wanted to return the order for free shipping or a discount on my future order, which I thought was odd. However, I had received a free pair of underwear from them in one of their past offers so didnt think much of it at the time. Since I didnt receive my order, Ive seen many other customers reporting the same problem.

    On August 28, 2023 I placed an order for $53.84. It contained some items that were preordered but money was collected anyway. About a month passed and there was no update on my order. When I went to the website to check on the status, it said all preorders would be processed by October 31, 2023. I went to check on my order today (November 7, 2023) and the website is no longer there. I went to their social media and their instagram page is still active but no links work. I saw others commenting the same issue I was having. I emailed them and messaged them on social media.

    I placed an order with this company on August 14. The order was never shipped and I have not received it or any communication from the company. I have attempted contact with several emails, a private message over Instagram, and comments on their instagram posts -some of which they deleted - and have not received one response from the company. Until yesterday they had a notice on their website that pre-orders were delayed due to a supplier issue but they guaranteed all orders would be shipped by October 31. Now the website doesnt even work anymore. At this point I just want my money back.

    I ordered from the company on June 27, 2023. I had still not been contacted about the item shipping, so i reached out on Aug 14th. On Aug 16, they told me to expect a ship date of August 31. Then they pushed it back to Sept 30th, then to sept 31st. on Oct 16th I reached out due to not having the product. I have seen six plus messages since then via ******** and email with no response. There are MULTIPLE other people who have reviewed the company on ******** with the same exact issue.. no product ever received & very little to no communication. They claim the issue is their supplier and will not respond to any requests fr refund. This business is scamming people and needs to refund all of us and be shut down.

    I paid for shipping for free trial of underwear to use during my menstrual cycle. Order was confirmed on 9/6/23 and I have contacted the company via email and social media with no response. I want the item or a refund of the shipping price ($8.99).

    They were saying for $11 (unsure of exact pricing) you could just pay shipping and get 2-3 pairs of their period *******, which we women all know are $40+... so i gave it a shot, and it's been months. no response to many inquiry emails i have sent, and according to the reviews on ********* they've done the same thing to many other woman as well. my deep search shows the co-owner lives in ******... I thought i'd report rather than harass. help!

    So I ordered from them a month ago. Got my order and LOVED them. My grandma and mom wanted some, so I ordered for them. Its been weeks, still no update or emails or any contact back. Everybody is on social media bashing them for scamming them.
