Receptionist ******* very rude to elderly and Spanish speakers, she doesnt need to be upfront assisting patients if she has a bad attitude and very unprofessional!

Not star but i have to pick one. My experience was horrible!!!! The card machine wasn't working, they asked me for cash , I gave $100 but they haven't change , so she told me go to dispens the money somewhere or go to another location , what??? I was fasting till 3 pm and I waiting for this appointment 6 days!!! They are not responsible, someone suppose to let us know about that, because that is not hapend today is from yesterday, enough time to send an email or text message!!!Sonora Quest Laboratories LLC

My first experience with this lab. I was impressed with their ease of check in and short wait for testing. I was cared for by a very kind man names **** who was amazing. He was so quick and gentle. He sensed my anxiety and was very calming. Definitely recommend for labs.Sonora Quest Laboratories LLC

I can only speak to my experience and the specific location I visited (****************************************************************************). I was a little hesiatant to try them intially because the reviews were not the best. Now some reviews are a little subjective but some appear very valid with general concerns/complaints. I prayed before I went to this office (both times) as I firmly believe there is power in prayer! I have now went twice and my experience both times was EXCELLENT!!! No billing issues. The lab technicians were friendly, were able to draw blood from one stick and the process for check-in was extremely efficient. I am a pretty patient customer as I know there can be staffing shortages, etc. Some customers can be entitled and impatient and unfortunately, you can get the same energy you put out. A little patience and courtesy go a long way! The last tech who I worked with (******) was so sweet and professional. She was not only checking patients in, she jumped in to help draw blood because there were a number of patients in the waiting room. She got my vein on the first stick and I was on my way in no time. That is what I call going above and beyond! I will continue to visit them for all my laboratory needs. JOB WELL DONE!!!!Sonora Quest Laboratories LLC

Today *** ( traveling nurse) took my blood test at ******* and Southern, *************** was excellent and pain free I never felt the stick . Hopefully Ill see her again as I come monthly.Sonora Quest Laboratories LLC

Sent a first-time Bill on Nov. 2, 2023 for bloodwork from Nov. 9, 2022, a year prior! I knew nothing about anything due so looked up all the claims they had filed. They had billed ******** 3 times and my **** Supplement 4 times between Nov. 2022 & Jan. 2023. They were paid by both in Dec. I called Sonora Quest but they only had the 3rd **** EOB in their system which was completely DENIED since it was a Duplicate of the prior **** claims. So they were charging me the full amount based on that single bad EOB with a due date of Dec. 2nd but wouldn't bother to try to find the **** claims that had paid them. Told me to call my insurance. Sonora Quest sent "reminder" emails weekly even after calling them again and telling them that **** had opened a review case. Got a NASTY "setup a payment plan to avoid collections" email Dec. 7th after the Dec. 2nd date had past. I called again and told them **** had issued corrected EOBs 2 days earlier and had sent paid in full this time, and Sonora Quest simply replied they hadn't received them yet. Sonora Quest's billing service is incompetent and hassles people.Sonora Quest Laboratories LLC

No stars but have to pick so I did 1 star for Sonora Quest ******************* I have been calling every month since July 2023 about a bill that I already paid for lab work stemming from a June 2023 doctors visit. When i called Sonora Quest to verify if they posted my payment toward my bill that had already cleared my bank account. I was told it was not paid. After standing my ground why it was not paid because it cleared my bank account. ********************************************* researched further and found a credit in the amount of my bill. I asked why the credit was not posted toward my bill or at least notified me having a credit and instead just billed me again. In addition, I spoke with a Manager last month and he assured me this was going to be addressed with their billing staff to correct the problem so it doesnt happen again. However, this keeps occurring with no resolve. Today I received another bill for for lab work in September 2023 and confirmed it cleared my bank account on ******* for a billing due date of 11-13-23 that was received in the mail way past the due date , today on 11- 22 -23. They just let my cleared check sit in a basket on someones desk for ******************************* again. They mail you a statement that you mail back with check I put accession number on check they do not post properly with or without ascession number. I work to keep my credit good and to have a billing system that could send me to collections if I do not stay on top of every bill received is incomprehensible to me somebody needs to fix their billing system or get people to actually do their jobs right and not just worry about themselves and not care about anyone else. It is very time consuming to get to a live person and very frustrating to be double billed every month for labs for myself and my husband. I can only imagine how many thousands of patients are being double billed this is unacceptable. To know that they are sitting on money that should be sent back to patients is just wrongSonora Quest Laboratories LLC

I prefer not to give any stars. I believe they are not responsible enough to keep tract of paperwork. Do to the fact my urine test results were lost and almost cost me a job. I had to have another test done down in *** and pay out of pocket again. So I could move forward with my job. This is not the first time happening with this company. I have others that said it happened to them. Someone needs to figure out where these papers are going.Sonora Quest Laboratories LLC
