      After I had to let go of my precious dog Mocha on November 24, 2023, I got e-mails from PetSmart and I clicked Unsubscribe every time, the e-mails kept coming and I got frustrated. Finally I called the company on April 30, 2024 and demanded that my account be deleted completely and to donate my treats points to someone else, I don't care who. I was promised that the e-mails would not come into my inbox. I was told that I'd get an e-mail from @M.onetrust.com to confirm to delete everything in my name. I never got that e-mail. Yet it happened again this morning and I got very angry, I called the company and I yelled at the customer service for not doing their job to remove everything in my name. This is harassment and I demanded to speak to the **** I got the run around. I was told I'd get an e-mail to confirm to delete everything, I have not received that e-mail. I told them that if I get another e-mail, I'm going to the news media and I will file a harassment lawsuit against the company. I am very depressed and missing my girl very much. PetSmart has lost my business. If I get another pet, I will NEVER shop there again!

      Lousy customer service they what customer they want to wait on I was in there ********** store to get some CRICKETS the girl who was getting CRICKETS got the customer in front of me CRICKETS when came to me she just said no and walked away I told the cashier what happened she just laughed and said that's funny

      I wouldn't even give one star. February this year we take our 5 1/2 month old puppy to this petsmart for a nail trim. The employee who took him put a slip leash around his neck, put him on the floor and drug him to the back. I told her to bring him back to me that I'd take him eslewhere. Employees copped an attitude. Me and an employee had words but when all was said and done we were fixing to leave. A woman LUNGES out from behind the employee counter assaulting me. She wasn't even part of the equation I guess she was just looking for a fight. She put her hand and fingers in my face, pushed me, kicked me and threw a huge roll of brown paper towels at my head. She's late 30s I'm late 50s AND DISABLED. She made a HUGE mistake. Lawsuit against her and the store. BIG mistake.

      Spoke to a total of 4 people including the supervisor. All were condescending and did not ac ept culpability to the problem. I followed up on an order placed 4/15/2025 because I did not receive shipping notification. Here it is 4/17 and the order is still processing. Per ******, order is delayed because they have been trying to reach the vet for two days and vet's office did not answer. He has to transfer me to their Vet ********** Told him I want to talk to a himan being and he responded with "that's all we have here." Spoke to Asia. I had to email her a photo of prescription card. I asked why wasn't I notified to provide this because the order asked for either the vet info or upload a photo. So now it's another 3 to 5 days. Spoke to ****** to place a curbside order so my dog can have food tomorrow. My total is now nearly $400 for dog food. Spoke to ******, supervisor. Very condescending, apologized with no emoathy to the situation. Wouldn't acceot responsibility for his team's disrespect. Apologies consisted of I apologize you did not read or see that orders take 3 to 5 days or I apologize you did not send a photo of your prescription, etc. I spend a ridiculous amount of money every month at Petsmart. The very least they do for their customers is to offer respect and courtesy when a customer is asking for assistance. They never took onus of the debacle and each one spoke to me in a way that made me feel like an idiot.

      Have been trying for nearly 2 years to get my account deleted. No success. They will not delete me even though my pets are dead! They say I don't have an account yet they send emails with my account information and rewards points. Then they say my email is not attached to an account with them. Perhaps I'm using the wrong email. Then why am I getting account and promotional emails at that email address if you don't have that email address? I have been to the local store. Called corporate numerous times. Ongoing emails. They won't stop!

      ******** - TOXIC WORK ENVIRONMENT So my niece worked as a groomer and decided she could not emotionally handle staying one more minute in this hostile work environment. She asked for two mental health day and they harassed her about it. So she decided to quit. I accompanied her to pick up her tools. It was brutal, the salon manager came out of the salon asking me if she has decided to go and be homeless with her mom? And informing me that she will not be able to come back or transfer to another ********** kept saying she will be homeless along with her mom. All this in front of other people around. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL

      They are still sending spam emails a year after my pet died. I removed all of her information as soon as she was gone. I have unsubscribed multiple times. I have called customer service. I cannot get them to leave me alone. In fact it appears they have re-added my email to their spam list. I have not used the account since she died and every time I get an email it is a painful reminder that she is gone. This company is heartless and greedy and I am deeply sorry I ever made a single purchase from them.

      I signed my dog up for beginner classes in early part of '23 . I filled out the needed forms and paid in full at that time. The trainer asked me if shots were up to date and I said yes. when I showed up for the first class I was told in front of the whole class that if her shots weren't up to date that I couldn't come in at which I presented her with the shot records again to the trainer in front of everybody, Towards the end of the class I had to leave town at which I called and asked to speak to the trainer and if I can make up the last two sessions. I called about 5 times within that month to see if my pet could talk to her and was told each time that she'd call me back and she never did. Thoughout the year I'd call and they kept telling me that someone would call back but no one did. I even went there and got the same answer. I called this week and finally got someone who pretty much called me a liar because she said that she's there 6 days a week and I could'nt get a 'refund' after 6 months and I never asked for one. I only wanted to make up the time in some way. She totally disrespected me, got loud, over talked me. I never finished a sentence. She didn't tell me her name or who she was. She just kept telling me over and over that I wasn't getting a refund. she never even asked what I wanted, I told her that I missed 2 appts but she talked over me and said I missed 3 appts. this was the Westside Petsmarton Glenway ave.

      Who the heck is in charge of clipping the birds wings? Tears my stomach up almost every time I go in for pet items. Im seriously curious, because it looks like a hurried up botched chopping of their wings. I saw a few that looked so bad that it could close its wing. I will reach out to them, but Im wondering if they come clipped before Petsmart gets them. Shame a frikkin shame
