      Excellent company to work with if you need new flooring installed. Very prompt response to providing an estimate. Great choices of available flooring options. The install techs, Manual and ******, for our carpet installation were very knowledgeable and did a great job in a very short period of time.

      I'm so happy this company is finally in Dallas, the customer service is superb, and the contractor for instalation was very professional with the work being done...NOT to mention the prices...they are very reasonable and the warranty on installation and the carpet, are by far phenomenal...no other company can beat what this company is bringing to the table...

      I couldn't be happier with my new floors, thanks to ****** and his incredible crew! From start to finish, they were professional, punctual, and dedicated to delivering top-notch results. Every day, they arrived with a smile, ready to work, and even went the extra mile to accommodate my scheduleincluding coming in on a Sunday! Their attention to detail and craftsmanship truly exceeded my expectations. Not only do my new floors look absolutely stunning, but they also left everything spotless.       I am very happy with my new rugs. The sales person that came to my house was very nice. Did not rush me in making a decision. I used express flooring since I moved here. The people that installed my rugs were very professional. They moved the furniture and did a wonderful job.

      On 10/19/2024, I signed a contract with ***** ****** for the installation of porcelain tile in my ***** sq. ft. home, with floor leveling included. At the time of signing, I was told there would be 0% interest for a yeara claim that turned out to be a false. I have been paying for work that is not finished as well as before it was installed. They have had workers that dont even work for them install flooring. No leveling was used at all. A inspector came out but they are not addressing the issues that include more than the labeled tile that the inspector noted. Every room in my house has chipped tiles and Im unable to put my furniture back in my house because of the horrible job done. They are not supposed to use your bathrooms, which they urinated on my floor and toilet. They dont call back even when they say they are. Two days in a row we called twice a day with no call back. We are done with them. I have contacted the ***************** with all my evidence and Attorney. They should stop wasting peoples time with untrained disrespectful so called contractors and their workers. The ************************ needs to remove their contract in *********. Express Flooring needs to stop saying they apologize and fix the business they promote.Express Flooring should be ashamed of:1.Allowing unauthorized workers in my home 2.Breaching their contract 3.Delivering horrible workmanship 4.Avoiding accountability I hope this message serves as a warning to anyone considering working with this company.

      We had a great experience with Express Flooring. The phone staff was very knowledgable and helpful, and the salesman who came to our house worked to figure out what was best for our needs to meet our budget. They offered next day install, however we could not accommodate that schedule so we opted to wait a few more days. They were more than happy to work with our schedule. The installer showed up on time, was friendly, cleaned up as he went - there was never a mess anywhere while he worked, and he did a great job. Carpet looks great!! No complaints at all here. I would highly recommend this company and would definitely use them again, no question.
