I can't say enough how wonderful the Express Flooring install of my new flooring was! Everyone I dealt with was nice, informative, efficient, and courteous. The team of installers was amazing. They were incredibly efficient, focused and really hard workers. They moved across and between rooms like a well-oiled machine. The result of all this = I have a gorgeous new floor!

3 starsThe install of flooring was good but the ability to get what you were told would be and when it would be done was lacking. The designer tells you what you want to hear but does what they want. We were told we would sign off on the job before money was taken from the account that didnt happen. They withdrew the money before job was finished. We were told that they also planned for extra materials for the job and those materials would be left. Which they should since you payed for them. The materials were not left and it has become very frustrating to get them or a refund for the cost of them. **************** tells you one thing about when they can get an ETA then later when you call back they forgot it was inventory day at warehouse so they cant get you the **** They send out workers who are good at installation but have limited English so when a problem comes up communication becomes frustrating. The job was started late on Monday and completed on Thursday but issues with excess flooring and them taking money before job was signed off on have not been resolved on Friday. **************** can not tell me when it will be resolved or who I can talk to to get it resolved.Review fromPaula W

The installation was done very efficiently. The clean up afterward was done very thoroughly. I love my new carpet! Also the salesman who came out to talk to us was very personable and helpful in the decision process helping me narrow down my choices. Working with Express Flooring was a good experience all the way through.Express Flooring

1 starPoor quality, not much padding, glue sticking out, tacks sticking out, strings and threads dangling from seams. I won't go back to this company.Customer care contacted me to ask how it went. I explained how unsatisfied I was and they promised someone would contact me in ***** hours. It's been a week and I haven't heard from anyone.Review fromKellie N

This is a very good company to do business with. I have used them more than once. The carpeting is a good quality and there many choices to chose from. The fact that they will come to your home with samples shortly after calling them for a carpet replacement is a bonus. In addition carpet replacement could have been the very next day depending on the availability of what you choose.The installers have always been prompt and courteous.Express Flooring

1 star. I purchased wood flooring for my entire upstairs and carpet for my stairs. As they were installing my floors they had to redo one portion as it had a bubble in it. (which if I hadn't said anything, it would still be there). I have called over 8 times, over a period of 5 months to report that the carpet that was installed has a area that is pulling apart. I even offered to send pics. Each time someone said they would call to make an appt to come out. They also said they were switching to a new system. I even contacted them via messenger see screen shot below. I began contacting them in August. The floors were installed the last week in July. I was also promised a trip with purchase. (that didn't happen either) AND STILL NO RESPONSE!! They are horrible!!! It was not cheap either!!!! I reached out via messenger in September and followed ** in October called in November STILL NO RESPONSE!!!!????Review fromIva and Jack K
