1 starThey were not good. First of all they send out subcontractors. They put rug we're we didn't want it. They did what they wanted to do. It took them 2 weeks to start the job after they tore up the floor. They sent out 4 different crews. It took them almost a month to get done. 1 starThey are so quick to get your business even to lie to you about their company and yet so hard to get them to fix problems they created. I will never recommend Express Flooring to anyone. They tell you that their installer has more than 30 years of experience. Thats a lie, they sub contract the projects to whoever they find.Review fromThomas J

I have to tell you I was very nervous after seeing all the negative reviews. While I could never get a hold of the sales person ********** once I signed the contract, I was able to get I formation from the call center that I needed, they called me back when they said they would if they didnt have the answer right away. **** was patient and helped us with a plan that fit our budget and what we needed in a floor. He was not pushy, he showed us the differences in the flooring and let us make the decision pressure free. The day of install, ********** and **** showed up on time, and had my 3 rooms done in 2 days and a few hours. They were polite and hard working. **** answered all my questions and took the time to address any concerns I had. **** and **** both have a great work ethic. They asked permission to use their radio prior to turning it on, they sweep away any debris and made sure every area was clean and furniture was back where we wanted it. **** took great care in laying planks so that they look natural and non repetitive in where the cut lines were. After laying the floor, we noticed one of the planks had a chip in it he took the time to pull half the floor up to replace the plank to make it right. He and **** both took great care and pride in their workmanship. An absolutely wonderful experience, I would not hesitate to have them come back to do my other rooms, nor would I hesitate to recommend this company to anyone looking for a good teamExpress Flooring

Express Flooring knocked it out of the ball park. Sales rep came out and was super awesome while he went over different carpets with my wife and I. We chose our carpet and the installers came a few days later when we were available. They did the living room, master bedroom, extra rooms as well as all the cloests. They gave us a heads up when they moved rooms so I could move my cats around. They moved all the furniture and didnt damage a thing. They cleaned up after them selves and even vacuumed the new carpet for us! Every thing looks great and I dont have a single complaint. 5/5 stars!Express Flooring

Express Flooring was amazing from start working with **** in the office to the installers. I couldn't say enough about them. They were respectful, cleaned their area each day, showed up daily, clean work, and completed a day early. I just **************. Express Flooring is the best! 1 starI contacted Express. TERRIBLY DISAPPOINTED. I think I was a bait and switch victim. I was promised $150 refund, NOT RECEIVED. The carpet installed was not my color, suffered 5 days on original concrete. Be very cautious.
