Express Flooring replaced our wood flooring with vinyl laminate. The entire job was a mess. 1- first crew ripped out the entire floor, then said it couldnt be done. 2- second crew came in and said it could but it would cost another $1000 to level it. This crew got black c*** all over the walls. 3 the job was finished The corners were like glued together with black caulking. The corner rounds were a mess and fell off if you touched them. It was a mess! The furniture wasnt even close to where it should have been. 4- We had water leaks from two toilets and the refrigerator. A lamp broken and tabletop scratched up. A bathroom cabinet was off the wall and so jacked up the entire cabinet had to be replaced. 5- After the specialist came to fix things (where he said honestly, this is better than 99% of our jobs!) A manager came out and said its all fine, (it still wasnt) After that more people came to fix things, and a customer service liaison came, listened and, fixed things and I think he was shocked, with the story and the job. 6 finally they said that they would reimburse us $689 (didnt come even close to the cost of us repairing damage of toilets, refrigerator cabinets, lamp and table) Its NEVER arrived!!!! I would never trust this company and cant imagine having ANY pride working there either.

Remy installed our floor by himself. Called to tell us when he would arrive. Made sure the flooring was correct and kept us informed thruout the installation. He installed the floor in 6 hours by himself. Moved the furniture and took up the carpet. My floor is beautiful. I rate Remy as a 10.Express Flooring

Starting with ***** the sakes rep-he was efficient and knowledgeable and helpful. The installation crew was amazing and efficient and careful with my furniture as they moved it out and brought it back in. Im very happy with the service and with the beautiful end result - my new carpeting .Kudos to youExpress Flooring

Express flooring did a great job. Removed the furniture and old carpeting very quickly and installed the new carpeting, cleaned up after themselves and replaced the furniture. All this work was accomplished in five hours by two young men who were friendly, courteous and efficient.Express Flooring

5 starsThe results exceeded our expectations. The installer was more than efficient. He arrived on time, moved the furniture easily without any inconvenience, removed the old carpeting quickly and cleanly, installed the new carpet quickly and professionally, and left the area cleaner than it was. I couldn't be more pleased and would recommend Express without reservation.
